Готель залишив приємне враження. Номер невеликий, але чистий і затишний, прибирання проводять щодня. Приємно здивував тихий холодильник, що не заважав відпочинку. Персонал дуже привітний, особливо дівчата на рецепції, які завжди готові допомогти. Окремо варто відзначити систему харчування – смачна їжа, яку потрібно замовляти заздалегідь. Є вибір з двох страв, у тому числі дієтичних. Приємний бонус – проактивний підхід адміністрації: ще до заселення нам написали та запропонували замовити харчування на перший день. Також у готелі доступні санаторні послуги за додаткову плату, що може бути корисним для тих, хто хоче поєднати відпочинок з оздоровленням. Загалом, дуже комфортне місце для проживання з відмінним сервісом.

Чудові спогади про відпочинок у Маріоті. Гарне розташування готелю - у затишному спокійному місці, та лише кілька хвилин йти до бювету. Завжди чисто й охайно на території. Дуже сподобалось мені харчування у ресторані готелю. Лише трохи дратувала витяжка у санвузлі, що вмикалась одночасно зі світлом. І трохи розбита дорога до готелю. Але то дрібниці порівняно з перевагами. За нагоди приїду в Маріот знову.

Відпочиваю в готелі вже другий раз, перший раз була у 2019. Я в захваті! Рекомендую кожному, суцільні плюси: уважний персонал, чудове харчування, процедури, дуже зручне розташування. В номері прибирання щодня, готель цілодобово охороняється, є сейф. Є безкоштовний трансфер з вокзалу. Є масаж, водні процедури, фізіотерапія. Дуже дякую всій команді готелю! ❤️

Готель сподобався! Співвідношення ціна-якість повністю відповідає! Старенький номерний фонд, але все чисто та охайно. Є необхідне у ванній кімнаті. Звукоізоляція в номері, середня. Супутникове телебачення, багато каналів, спорт, кіно, дитячі…. (Не Т2);)) Привітний персонал, клієнтоорієнтовані. Безкоштовний трансфер з вокзалу, якщо вам він потрібен. Готель розташований в самому центрі, але трошки в глибині, тому зовсім не відчувається той ритм, шум і гамір. До бювету 2-3 хвилини пішого ходу. Харчування дуже смачне. Ми брали сніданок, обід і вечерю - 540 грн./чол. Думаю що ціна доступна. Кухня різноманітна та смачна, за 10 днів страви не повторювались, окрім деяких салатів. Від їжі у мене не було печії (а це для мене показник) та якогось дискомфорту, тому харчування пораджу! З мінусів, але вони в жодному разі не є суттєвими: - зношені рушники, які вже необхідно замінити; - заміна в санвузлах кришок унітазу, вони мають свій термін та втрачають суть антибактеріальності коли пошкоджені; - так як поруч приватний сектор, то присутній нічний гавкіт собак; - на першому поверсі є місце для паління, одразу при вході, весь сигаретний піднімається в номери, особливо коли це 2 або 3 поверхи. Вцілому, готель дуже хороший. Особисто, я б неодмінно в ньому зупинився!!!

гарний готель за таку помірну ціну. Номери маленькі, але чисті, прибирання щодня, дуже привітний персонал, дівчинка на ресепціі, водій, окрема подяка офіціантці Христині) також хочу відмітити харчування: за 180 грн ви отримуєте дуже смачну їжу. Все просто, але смачно і корисно! Розташування в самому центрі, але разом з тим в глибині двору, тому було дуже тихо. З негативних моментів хотілося б замінити подушки і рушники. Рушники міняли щодня за що окреме дякую, але вони трохи потріпалися…. Також звукоізоляція не дуже. В самому готелі було чисто, о 7:30 ходила до бювету, а східці уже були помиті… також готель пропонує процедури, правда коли я попросила медсестру розповісти що пропонують, то вона мені сказала підіть почитайте в номері у вас є вся інформація 😀 загалом враження позитивні.

Очень хороший отель за свои деньги. Удобно что питание отдельно можно заказать или же вообще можно отказаться . Уборку в номере проводят каждый день в нее входит : уборка ванной комнаты, замена полотенец , замена бумаги и моющих , уборка номера ( пылесосят ) очень быстро и аккуратно . В общем в самом отеле чисто . На первом этаже можно сделать все санаторные процедуры включая массаж . Питание просто шикарное , все очень вкусное , полезное и порция увесистая . Рекомендую

Відпочивали в готелі Маріот цього літа. Приємно вразив сервіс готелю, чисті номери, смачні страви та уважність персоналу. Готель має зручне розміщення, тому тут все поруч. Трансфер доставив з вокзалу до самого готелю. Користувались запропонованими процедурами. Лікар, медсестра та масажист є професіоналами своєї справи. Рекомендую цей готель для оздоровлення та відпочинку!

Нам отель понравился. Правда выбирали его экстренно на одну ночь ( в отеле где была бронь, нам не могли предоставить номер в тот день, пришлось искать отель на одну ночь). Все было чисто, в номере было все необходимое (был люкс), два санузла, чайник, халаты, тапочки. Персонал внимательный. Завтрак отменный. Не пожалели

Освітяни Дніпра щиро вдячні за дуже гарний відпочинок в готелі Маріот. Готель невеличкий,але дуже затишний! Розташований в самому центрі міста- все поруч! Комфортні просторі та чисті номери, дуже ввічливий молодий персонал, чудові медичні процедури, відмінне харчування- все дуже смачно та дієтично! Дуже задоволені відпочинком в цьому готелі, не розчарував ні в чому! Дуже ввічливий та позитивний персонал, завжди усміхнений та готовий допомогти. Номер просторий та комфортний, прибирали щодня з заміною рушників. Дуже зручно, що є своя медична частина. Лікар Ірина Леонідівна проконсультувала та дала поради далеко за межами своєї спеціалізації, приділяла дуже багато часу та уваги при зустрічі. Масажистка Інна чудовий професіонал та взагалі позитивна людина. Медсестрички, що проводили процедури також робили свою роботу легко та з задоволенням. Харчування по комплексному типу заощадило час та було смачний і дієтичним. Із задоволенням приїдемо повторно!

Персонал хороший, радо допомагають гостям і завжди доброзичливі. До номеру немає претензій, прекрасний вид з вікна, чистенько і затишно. Смачно готують.

Сподобався номер, все функціонально продумано, є шафа для одягу, посуд, можна посидіти і відпочити на балконі, там є крісла і столик. Гарний вибір страв у меню. Хороші працівники готелю.
