Нещодавно провели з дружиною чудові декілька днів в готелі-спа "Міротель" — це був справжній відпочинок для душі й тіла! **Перші враження:** Вже на ресепшені нас привітали теплою посмішкою та швидко заселили у світлий номер з елегантним дизайном. Особливо сподобався вид з вікна на зелену зону — заспокійливий і надихаючий. **Спа-зона:** Головний хіт — це, звичайно, спа! Відвідали кілька процедур: масаж з аромамаслами та обгортання. Все на вищому рівні: професійні майстри, затишні кімнати, атмосфера релаксу. А ще — хаммам, басейн із підігрівом та зона з шезлонгами, де можна було просто читати книжку під легку музику. **Харчування:** Сніданки та вечері у ресторані готелю — окреме задоволення! Вибагливе меню, свіжі продукти, а ще вразила увага до дрібниць: вегетаріанські страви, домашні десерти та кава, яка пахне як у італійській кав’ярні. **Обслуговування:** Персонал завжди був уважним і готовим допомогти: підказали маршрут для прогулянки містом, організували трансфер, навіть зробили милий комплімент у вигляді фруктів до номера. **Враження в цілому:** "Міротель" — це місце, де кожна деталь працює на ваш комфорт. Чисті простори, ненав’язливий сервіс, можливість поєднати активний відпочинок із спокійним лікувальним спа. Обов’язково повернемось сюди знову та радимо всім, хто хоче подарувати собі трохи розкоші та релаксу! Дякуємо за незабутні емоції! ❤️

Дуже розчарована готелем який позиціонує себе на 5 зірок В номері лилася вона коричневого кольору, на рецепції ніяк не зреагували , покликали в номер двох покоївок які пів години спускали воду( вода так і кольрру не змінила після години наших старань з пропусканням води) аж після мого кіпішу, що я дітей покупати не могла в 22.30 мені пропонують піти в інший номер покупати дітей😂 сміх тай годі а як я відмовилася запропонували переїхати в 22.45, дуже оперативно з боку готелю на 5 зірочок в спа не було гарячої води, тільки холодна , про це попередили тільки в день коли заходять в спа , і ви заплатили гроші , то робіть собі що хочете, в дитячій кімнаті для дітей від 2-4 було холодно, опалення виключили, також в спа було постійно мокра підлога від чого діти падали по декілька разів Дуже розчарована цим готелем та нікому не рокемендую сюди повертатися

Проходили обстеження і лікування в Мед-паласі, все добре, все сподобалось, особлива подяка лікарю Яворський Олег Васильович. Брали лікувальний пакет на 8 днів, нас відразу попередили що 24.01.2025 не буде води і тому не буде мінеральної ванни з бішофітом та підводного душа-масажу, але і наступного дня також не було води і ми не змогли пройти ці процедури, які були вже оплачені. На рецепції повідомили що гроші вони не повертають. Залишився не приємний осадок.

Вже декілька разів відпочивала у Mirotel але відгук вирішила написати тільки зараз. Цей отель для мене став найкращім у Трускавці. Хоча спочатку я ніяк не могла зрозуміти та запам*ятати, як переходити з основного корпуса до медичного та діагностичного центрів. Але з часом все стало зрозуміло :-). Отель заслуговує тільки позитивних відгуків - починаючи з чистих та охайних номерів, з великими балконами, наборами всієї необхідної косметики, закінчуючи сніданками, обідами та вечерями. Ми ходили крім сніданку або на обід, або на вечерю. Такий вибір обумовлений тим, що спробувавши їсти за межами отеля, прийшли до висновку, що вибір все ж таки найкращий в отелі. Також в отелі дуже великий перелік медичних послуг - зазделегідь записувалися до лікарів, та на різноманітні лікувальні процедури - все на високому та професійному рівні. Цього разу відкрила для себе чудовий загальний масаж - шкодую, що не знала про це раніше. В отелі є великий басейн, можна плавати з 9.00 до 21.00. Про спа нічого писати не буду - були один раз, мені не подобається сидіти разом з багатьма людьми у невеликих басейнах. Тому весь час ходили до великого басейна. Жаль, що в отелі не має відкритого басейну, було б здорово плавати там влітку. Бювет знаходиться в отелі і вже з самого ранку є можливість пити воду - і Марію, і Софію, і нафтусю, і моршинську - вдягнув халат і пішов :-). Весь персонал отеля дуже ввічливий, приємно, коли всі з тобою здороваються. От тільки повернулися з відпочинку і вже скучаю за Трускавцем та Mirotelem.

Щиро дякую персоналу готелю "Міротель" за номер з двома балконами, цілих три дорослих басейни на будь-який смак і незабутні враження. Обов'язково повернемось ще аби насолодитись європейським сервісом на українській землі. Успіхів вам, вдячних клієнтів та процвітання.

Готель засловує на найвищу оцінку. Кваліфікований персонал, чудові лікувальні і спа-процедури, гарний номер. Смачнах їжа в ресторанах.

Зауваження тільки до води у басейні, як на мене вона трохт прохолодна.

В готелі чудова СПА-зона і лікувальні процедури. Також гарно організований відпочинок для дітей. Номер комфортний зі зручним ліжком.

Не сподобалася їжа в ресторані на першому поверсі.
