Отель находится в удобном месте с хорошей инфраструктурой. Подходит для людей, которые ищут гостиницу для тихого отдыха.
Лифт работал с перебоями. Также не очень качественная уборка номеров

Готель розташований в зручному місці, поруч бювет, парк і всі заклади. Лікувальне обладнання та загалом велика частина інтер'єру готелю це рештки радянського періоду. Більша частина лікування і обстеження проводиться на базі "Медпалас" (ціни на лікування в "Медпаласі" високий, але на щастя це стосується і рівня сервісу). В самому готелі є їдальня зі шведським столом, готують не особливо смачно, при цьому ситно. Номери, які вже були реконструйовані досить комфортні.
Модернізація закаладу ще не завершена. Якість їжі могла б бути кращою.
