Зупинялися в цьому готелі одними з перших гостей — і це відчувається в усьому. Свіжий ремонт, усе нове, дуже чисто та акуратно. Окремо хочу відзначити підхід до гостей: для моєї дівчини спеціально придбали вазу для квітів — це дуже приємно і говорить про ставлення. Загалом сервіс на рідкість уважний. Номер затишний, видно, що все робилося з душею: меблі індивідуальні, велике ліжко 200×200 зі зручним дорогим матрацом, якісна сантехніка. Також приємно здивували засоби особистої гігієни — все добре підібрано, і було достатньо багато рушників. Господиня залишила чудове враження — проста, відкрита та дуже приємна людина, завжди на зв’язку і готова допомогти. Окремо відзначу ціну — близько 2000 грн за такий рівень це, чесно кажучи, навіть недорого. Вважаю, що такі умови коштують більше. Я часто буваю в готелях, і такий підхід та рівень сервісу зустрічав вкрай рідко — був приємно здивований. Щиро бажаю цьому готелю розвитку та успіху. Наполегливо рекомендую, якщо будете в Умані.
