Невеличкий затишний готель сімейного типу, але з шикарним романтичним номером з ванною! Для закоханих - рекомендується. До парка - дуууууже близько. Дуже приємна адміністратор. Ідеальне місце для романтичного вікенду!

Апартаменты находятся в тихом месте, недалеко от парка "София". В номере чисто, уютно. Есть кухня с холодильником, микроволновкой, кофемашиной и необходимой посудой. Завтрак вкусный и сытный.

Місцезнаходження, поруч з дендропарком. Простора кімната з 48 дюймовим TV. Чайник в номері, WIFI, широке двоспальне ліжко

Чисто, уютно как дома, не было ощущения пребывания в гостинице. Наличие халата и тапочек очень порадовало. Вокруг дома есть зелёная территория, можно посидеть вечером во дворе.

В номере с ванной, в основной комнате на полу лежит а-ля шкура коровы — это специфично и не всеми воспринимается положительно.

Хороший ремонт,стильно,сучасно,чисто,на поверсі є кухня із чайником,мікрохвильовкою,посудом,кавомашиною ,холодильником та ін. Кімната простора,з великим телевізором та кондиціонером,є халати і тапки. Відношення до клієнтів - з довірою, що приємно.

Але в бочці меду - ложка дьогтю.На двохспальному ліжку тільки одна підковдра,якої явно мало,коли дома звикли мати кожний свою,а не перетягувати цілу ніч до себе.Також зовсім не було ковдри,а я люблю потепліше. Але основне - ліжко дуже скрипіло,тому повноцінно виспатись не вийшло,а це ж основне завдання готелю.

Все чудово, затишний готель. Приємна хазяйка, навколо чистота. 5 хвилин ходу до Софіївського парку. Дякую. Наступного разу зупинятимусь саме в цьому готелі!

Расположение относительно парка превосходное. Удобный заезд и выезд. Комнаты в люксах большие. Хорошее качество постельного белья.

В принципе, все нормально. Апартаменты и есть апартаменты. Есть недочеты типа забитого слива в душевой кабинке в люксовом номере. Отсутствие ночника возле кровати, оторванная планка на двери. Компенсируется нормальной ценой, очень доброжелательной хозяйкой и британской кошкой дивного характера, живущей в доме.

Очень хорошее месторасположение для тех, кто приехал погулять по Софиевскому парку. Доброжелательный персонал. Мангал и своя территория, так что можно отдохнуть как на природе. Спальные места очень комфортные. Рекомендую, в том числе и семьям с детьми.

Я не могу сказать что именно это не понравилось, но хотелось бы, чтобы была система завтрак, так как вокруг негде поесть. Берите еду с собой.

Очень уютный отель ,до парк мин.5-7 гуляющим шагом.Номера чистые и теплые ,что не мало для отдыха в ноябре.Обязательно приедим в Умань летом.

+ уютный номер с хорошим свежим дизайном; + отличное расположение, все не "под боком", но в пределах пешеходной досягаемости (и парк, и ресторан, и магазин) + отзывчивая хозяйка (извините, ресепшн или администратор слово не подходит) + в номере все что нужно все есть от Wi-Fi до фена )

- не сразу нашли хозяйку (телефоны не отвечали, но в итоге отыскали в подвале за хлопотами); - отсутствие пропитания сразу на месте (отлично решается походом в ресторан или покупкой пропитания заранее в магазине)

В номере комфортно и чисто, создаётся ощущение домашнего уюта.

К сожалению нет холодильника ни в номере, ни на кухне на втором этаже :(

Персонал вежливый, номер большой, уютный, в номере есть все необходимое ( большая двухместная кровать, чистая постель,телевизор, кондиционер,банные принадлежности, вода горячая есть - бойлер), близкое расположение ко входу в парк ( не к главному) примерно 10 минут гуляющим шагом и к ресторану. Есть веранда ( закрытая), 3 стола на 12 мест, можно приготовить кофе, чай или поужинать ( еда своя или из ресторана). Удобно для большой компании...

Это не отель ( в понимании этого слова), это большой дом для возможного проживания нескольких семей. Нет охраны, вход во двор всегда открыт, никого из персонала на месте нет. В душевой кабинке забита сливная труда, моешься и стоишь по щиколотку в воде... Парковка рассчитана не более чем на два авто, во дворе идет ремонт... Завтрак не входит и никто за отдельную плату его не предлагал, неудобно.. Очень огромная слышимость внутри ( если вы целый день погуляли в парке, устали и решили лечь отдыхать часов в 23-00, а соседи только заехали ( в моем случае это были 2 пары ), то это не просто ( абсолютно слышно все..) Цена явно завышена...

Были в Умани 1 день для вело-покатушек в Софиевке. Отельчик классный! Очень приятная хозяйка, все показала\рассказала\ приготовила вкуснейших завтрак!!! Да и еще с поздним выселением помогла - мы покатались на велах. и еще смогли вечером принять душ, переодеться и спокойно уехать. В общем - очень рекомендую! Дима

Прекрасный отель. Приезжала на ночь, осталась на два дня - во многом благодаря отелю: тихо, спокойно, пять минут пешком до Софиевки; уезжать не хочется. Красивые, чистые и большие комнаты, вайфай, уютно и очень прикольно в тишине тикают часы. В ванной - фен, мыло/шампуни, все на месте, разве что зубной щетки нету. К хозяйке можно обратиться в любой момент, в том числе ночью - покажет и выдаст все, чего не нашлось в номере, от штопора до пледов; улыбчивая, вежливая и позитивная дама. При необходимости - стиралка, сушилка и кому что еще надо, тоже все есть. Завтраков/обедов/ужинов не выдают, но есть общая кухня, если кому-то скучно есть в номере, и возможность что-нибудь приготовить. Тарелки, стаканы и приборы - в свободном доступе. В номере курить нельзя, но в глубине крыльца есть специально заточенная курилка -- столик с цветами, пепельницы/зажигалки, кресла. К вопросу о доезжании: на гугльмапе почему-то адреса нету, но вообще он есть, и любой таксист довезет без лишних вопросов. В целом - все отлично, от Умани такого не ожидалось. В следующий раз - только туда. PS: и нет, я не хозяйка отеля. Просто мне там очень понравилось

Маленькая частная гостиница (всего 5 номеров) в отдельном доме, новая, чистая, интересная сама по себе - комнаты просторные, каждый номер оформлен в своем стиле, с фантазией. Постельное белье соответствует отделке номера, и, что редко встречается, комплекты полотенец 2 цветов - нет необходимости договариваться "справа мое, слева твое". Встречают чрезвычайно любезно, все проблемы решаются сразу же.

Следует иметь в виду, что это все-таки скорее гостиница, а не апартаменты - в номерах, кроме одного студио, не предусмотрена кухонная зона. Есть отдельное помещение типа буфета, но оно оборудовано не до конца, пока только летнее, там можно вскипятить чайник и взять некоторую посуду в номер. Есть небольшие замечания к оборудованию санузла - но без этого не обходится ни одна гостиница 3-4 звезды :-). Можно также отметить, что в некоторых случаях выбора между красотой и удобством предпочтение отдано красоте, а не функциональности.

Расположен рядом с Софиевским парком, свежий ремонт, стильный интерьер.

На отеле нет никаких обозначений, трудно было в него попасть.
