Понравились как отель, так и ресторан. Среди множества похожих, которые есть в той местности, этот понравился больше всего. Здесь уютно и высокий уровень обслуживания. Всюду чисто и аккуратно. Кухня хорошая и готовят вкусно.

Интернет очень слабый. Хотелось бы большего разнообразия блюд. Желательно добавить какие туристические услуги предоставляют ( оформить это в перечень с ценами).

Номер чистый, в современном дизайне. Все очень уютно. Уборка делалась каждый день. Всюду был профессиональный и внимательный персонал. Это касается как ресторана, так и отеля.

Вдвоем в номере было маловато места. Окна выходили на дорогу, и было шумновато. При бронировании делали предоплату 50 % стоимости. Но оказалось, что еще берут туристический сбор (притом каждый день). Он вроде и небольшой, 21 грн, но было неприятно, что заранее о нем не сказали.

Що все необхідне знаходиться в одному місці і поряд ( магазин, ресторан тощо) і особливо гарний вид з вікна! І дуже привітний персонал! Персоналу вельми вдячні!

Що немає в номерах, економ класу, хоча б маленького холодильника і вентилятора, якщо нема можливості поставити кондиціонер! Тому що ціна має відповідати умовам проживання, особливо коли приїздиш з дітьми!

Чистота, комфорт, обслуживающий персонал - все на очень достойном уровне. 2 хороших ресторана с блюдами месной и европейской кухни: бистро на 1-м этаже, и ресторан с отличным панорамным видом на последнем этаже.

Цена. Я был в период Рождественских праздников, в это время они подымают цены.

лучше написать, что не понравилось, так как понравилось почти все

минус не только в данном заведении - покушать после 19:00 оказалось весьма проблемно
