Ввічливий та професійний персонал 24/7, гарні і достатньо теплі (взимку) кімнати з TV та холодильником, білосніжна постільна білизна, розташування у центрі, своє паркування.

Трошки застарілі меблі, хоч і у гарному стані. Не знаю, як присвоюють зірки готелям, але цей заслуговує не менше трьох, на наш погляд, а не одну, як у рекламі.

радянський отель, ремонту років 20. Сніданок о 7, якщо ідешь на кордон 5 ранку, сніданок, який включено, отримати не можливо.

Потолок на пятом этаже валится , а так все нормально и нет шума изоляции

Можна прибирати краще; встановити датчики руху; щоб світло не горіло всю ніч; поставити вказаними повороту на готель, мати сухі сніданки для клієнтів; яким потрібно виїхати дуже рано

Зручне місце розташування. Самий центр міста. В номері були одноразові тапочки та дві 0,5л пляшки з водою. Сніданок на вибір круасан з чаєм або бутерброд з ковбасою. Приємний персонал.

Погана звукоізоляція. Все чути що відбувається у сусідньому номері та коридорі.

Приветливый персонал

Не было одноразовых тапочек и не работал сливной бачок. При бронировании цена была 880. Переспросила два раза у менеджера за цену подтвердили, что цена 880. При оплате в отеле взяли ещё дополнительный взнос 34 грн итого 914. За чем тогда говорить, что цена 880?

Не було теплої/гарячої води взагалі. Дуже чути сусідів через стіну. Коли відкрмвають двері в сусідній номер, здається, що відкривають в мій (дуже чути)

Чисто. Гарний вид з вікна. Гарна локація

Матрац на двоспальному ліжку складався з двох половинок, всередині утворювалася ямка, спати незручно.

Вежливый, приятный персонал.

Заезд к отелю, незаметен. Для машины с низким клиренсом заезд на парковку опасен. Розетки в номере болтаются и их недостаточно.
