хочу відмітити надзвичайно високий рівень професіоналізму, уважності та людяності пана Ярослава, охоронця готелю та молодого хлопця на рецепції 26 січня 2025 року, це надзвичайно приємні люди🥰 пропоную їм додати приємні бонуси цього місяця, я не проживала в цьому готелі, але хотілось би відмітити готель саме завдяки їм, ви обрали правильних людей для зустрічі гостей🤭

Ось і прийшов час написати відгук і свої враження від відпочинку в цьому чарівному місці! Відпочивали в Гірському Континенті з 03.01-09.01.2025 року в номері Делюкс сімейний (двокімнатний) номер 224. Відразу хочу сказати, що персонал і власники цього чудового закладу дуже клієнтоорієнтовані, що важливо (все направлено на те, щоб зробити відпочинок і перебування гостей максимально комфортним і зручним). Відпочинок тут буде максимально тихий і сімейний, номери дуже чисті, все нове і продумано все до дрібниць! Вид з вікна просто неймовірний! Відпочивали з дітьми 7 років і 1.3 роки, для малечі поставили дитяче ліжечко, нове, зручне, укомплектоване гарним постільним набором!В номері є невеличка “кухня” , необхідний посуд (умов приготувати немає, але поїсти чи перекусити є, що з дітьми дуже зручно)! Їжа в ресторані смачна, сніданки входять у вартість проживання, порції великі і смачні! Особливої уваги заслуговує басейн (користування входить у вартість проживання), який надзвичайно теплий, чистий і великий, поділений на 2 зони – для дорослих і для малечі!Бачила, що є сауна, але ми не користувались. Великим плюсом є наявність соляної кімнати ( окрема плата). Старшу дитину водили щодня, поступово збільшуючи час перебування, з метою трішки оздоровити! Персонал дуже привітний. Окремо хочеться сказати про територію цього готелю, вона дуже гарна, уютна. На території є гарна альтанка, де можна посмажити м’ясо чи рибку, можна в альтанці посмакувати, а можна накрити в ресторані (дякуємо персоналу, що підказали де можна купити гарне м’ясо і свіжу форель, яку при нас виловили, почистила, замаринували і запакували). До Буковелю 8 хв. їзди машиною, це зручно! Враження від перебування залишились найприємнішими, це те місце, куди хотілось би повернутись знову! Краєвиди – шикарні, вид з вікон – неймовірний, а саме головне – це тиша, сімейний відпочинок!!!!! P.S. Якщо ви випадково забудете якісь речі в номері ( як я, наприклад), то не хвилюйтесь, вам передзвонять і передадуть новою поштою!!!!

Комфортний, сучасний готель Чистота на високому рівні Найбільше сподобався вид на гори з номеру. Сніданки смачні, порції великі. Басейн теплий, чудово підходить для відпочинку з дітьми. Бажаємо розвитку і дякуємо за відпочинок

Це новенький готель. Дуже красивий і сучасний. Територія навколо готелю облаштована зонами відпочинку. Є альтанка з мангалом, думаю можна грилити. Номери чисті і затишні, є з видом на гори. Шум від дороги майже не чути. Великий басейн. Є генератори. Ресторан працює до 20:00. Зі сніданком у нас не склалось. То молока дві доби не було щоб попити каву, то млинців не могли посмажити. Вівсянка на воді. Але то не критично. Рекомендую. На 4 поверсі по сходах попадете в маленьку оглядову кімнату і помилуєтесь заходом сонця.

Стали одними із перших клієнтів, які потрапили сюди на відпочинок! Готель просто скрипить чистотою, адже він відкрився лише у березні 2024. Сподобалось усе, навіть непомішали перебої із електроенергією, бо цей готель має свій генератор. Локація дуже зручна, одразу біля дороги, і не потрібно довго блукати карпатськими вуличками. Із вікна відкривається панорама на г. Говерла та г. Петрос. У вартість проживання входять дуже смачні сніданки та користування spa. Щоб приготувати шашлик самому потрібно було оплатити за зону барбекю додатково. У готелі дозволили зарядити автомобіль, навіть коли працював генератор. Відпочивали із дитиною, то басейн виявився просто знахідкою для нього, бо він критий та із комфортним 30+ підігрівом, що дає можливість плавати у любу пору року! Окремо хотів виділити роботу адміністратора Галини! Професіонал у своїй справі! Любʼязно провела екскурсію по готелю та надала найкращу пропозицію від ціни на проживання! -20%. Загалом, враженнями від проживання тут я та моя сімʼя залишились задоволеними! Рекомендую!
