"Tsimbora cottages" are located in a picturesque corner of Prykarpattia, Horishkiv tract. The center is located on a hill, which offers views of the mountains: Hoverla, Petros, Khomyak, Sinyak. "Tsimbora Cottages" are two-level three-room rooms with bathrooms in each room: shower, toilet, sink. There is a kitchen so that guests from these rooms can prepare food for themselves and sit down at the table together. In addition to the stove, there is a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a kettle, and dishes. Some rooms have additional sofas, that is, 6-10 guests can comfortably live in one cottage. At the same time, the complex can accommodate 30-40 guests. There is a parking lot in front of the cottages. There are also 2 gazebos with barbecues inside. For fans of warmth, there is a real wood burning banyan in summer and winter. There is a fountain in the lake with ice water. A chan on grasses/conifers will also be relevant for a noisy company, because there is a forest and amazing mountain views around. The game room includes: a large pool table (12 feet table), SPS4 game console, backgammon, dominoes, chess, cards. Sleepy bees is a unique offer for all guests, which will allow you to get moral rest, get treatment and prevention while being as close as possible to the original sources of nature. The snow tubing track in the complex is an incredible delight for children in winter. The track works, provided there is a stable layer of snow. There is a ski instructor at the hotel. In the summer, there is also a trampoline, a small play slide and a sandbox for small visitors. In the absence of centralized current, there is a generator that provides the basic needs for the operation of the cottages. The heating in the cottages is centralized from its own boiler room, where there is a solid fuel boiler. The rooms on the first floor are heated by underfloor heating, on the second floor by heating radiators. It has its own well, the water intake depth is 40 meters. The water in the tap is therapeutic, it tastes like hydrogen sulfide. The distance from Tsimbora cottages to the nearest ski lift in Bukovel is 5 km (No. 3, six-seater), and to the "Koz" ski lift in the village of Yablunytsia - 1 km. The distance to the center of Bukovel is 10 km.

Description of the room: ОПИС КІМНАТ. Котедж 1 Перший поверх: Кухня з усім необхідним для приготування та приймання їжі, холодильник, мікрохвильовка, чайник, індукційна двосекційна плита, мийка. Щодо плити – зверніть увагу, для того, щоб вона працювала- потрібно щоб на відповідній секції стояла каструля чи пательня (які є в асортименті). Є різний посуд та столові прибори а також чашки, фужери, стопки тощо. На кухні знаходиться стіл та лавиці, є табуретки. На першому поверсі знаходиться кімната №1. Кімната №1: велике двоспальне ліжко, місце для зберігання одягу, великий двоспальний диван та Телевізор на стіні. З спальні є вихід в санвузол ( душ, рукомийник та туалет, рушникосушка). На першому поверсі , під сходами, знаходиться дошка для прасування та праска, віник, відро, швабра, розкладна сушка для одягу. По сходах піднімаємось на гору, на поверх 2.. Тут 2 окремі кімнати: в кожній душ, рукомийник , рушникосушка та туалет. Кімната №2 (та що ліворуч від сходів)- велике двоспальне ліжко та великий диван, плазма на стіні, вихід на балкон, вихід в санвузол. Шафа для одягу Кімната №3(праворуч від сходів) – велике двоспальне ліжко для двох дорослих, телевізор. Вихід в санвузол та на балкон з краєвидами на гори. Є полички для одягу . Загальний розмір першого та другого поверхів – близько 60 квадратних метрів. На кожного гостя дається комплект з малого та великого рушника та комплект постілі, що вже є на відповідному ліжкові При вході є вішаки для верхнього одягу та набір багаторазових тапочок. Опалення – централізоване, водяне від котла що на дровах. Підігрів першого поверху відбувається завдяки теплій підлозі, другий поверх – калорифери на стінах. Інтернет – скловолокно, на 5 котеджів заходить 2 кабелі. Роздається по вай фай. Без пароля, або з однойменним до назви. Електропостачання – централізоване, від мережі. У випадку перебоїв або відсутності – ми вмикаєм генератор, якого вистачає на базові потреби – освітлення, інтернет, телевізор, 1 чайник. Тривалість подачі обговорюється індивідуально. Водопостачання. У нас своя свердловина, що піднімає воду з глибини 42 метри. Вода має специфічний сірководневий присмак. З крану можна пити воду. Проте дехто надає перевагу бутильованій воді без запаху. Гаряча вода постачається також централізовано. У нас достатньо резерву гарячої води, що розраховано на кожного гостя котеджу, проте якщо хтось один (чи одна) надовго піде в плавання в душі- інші будуть радісно приймати душ в теплій, або літній водичці. Вода – величезна цінність- ми її заощаджуємо.
