Через деякі нюанси, вимушений був зупинитися в цьому готелі, хоча, після першого разу, сказав собі, що більше тут не житиму. Знову поселили не в той номер, що я замовляв на букінгу. Знову холодно, брудно і дуже шумно. Адміністрація не бореться із курінням на порозі готелю, через що, смердить на всю будівлю і затягує в номери аж на третій поверх. В готелі дуже шумно, не тільки через погану шумоізоляцію, а і те, що він схожий на вокзал (хтось кудись постійно бродить, говорить по телефону в коридорі, музика грає, п'яне бидло весь час). Якщо ви хочете спокійно і тихо переночувати, у вас тут не вийде.

Жахливі умови проживання: постільна білизна дірява (пропалена), з миючих засобів - пакетик геля-шампуня 5 мл, який не милиться, мило в номері відсутнє. На рецепції не зрозуміли, для чого в номері потрібне мило, коли є 5 мл шампуню. Фен відсутній. В рукомийнику гаряча вода відсутня (просто труба з гарячою водою заглушена і не підведена). На букінгу зазначено, що сніданок включено, однак це не так: вартість сніданку 200 грн (2 яйця і шматочок бекону або 2 млинці). Ніхто цього сніданку і не замовляв, простіше поїсти в Новояворівську. Обслуговуючий персонал зайнятий своїми справами і уваги на проживаючих особливо не звертає.

Отель ужасный. С начала на ресепшене соврали что нет двухместных номеров, а есть только 4 местные за 2000. Когда в слух приговорили что найдем другой отель - наелся номер за 800 грн.. но номер мягко говоря ужасный. Короче максимально не рекомендую

1.Ліжко, на якому спати не можливо: подушки, матрас в жахливому стані, потребують заміни, білизна на ліжку -100% синтетика. 2. На вікні не було москітної сітки- всі комахи у кімнаті, а готель в лісі. 3. У ванній кімнаті не було ні одного гачка, навіть щоб повісити полотенце. 4. І за такі умови на рецепції хотіли більшу суму, ніж було в броні.

Добрий день! 13.08.2024 випадково пізно в вечері заїхали з товаришем в цей готель, та були шоковані. В номерех брудно, скріззь в ванній кімнаті та кімнаті цвіль. Ніякої шумоізолязії, душ просто жахливий. З вечері тілько пельмені.Такого готелю я не зустрічав, а ціна 1600 грн за ніч.

Холодні номери, ледь тепла вода в душі, бридкі на дотик простирадла. В душі 1 стік з рідким милом у двохмісному номері, і найдешевший туалетний папір.

Наявність інтернету та бару де можна розрахуватися картою

Ремонт в неділю до 1 ночі та відсутність персоналу на рецепції постільна білизна порвана і затерта
