Перший раз була в отелі «Театральний». Сподобалось все, починаючі з хола і ресепшена. Зустрів привітний персонал. В готелі затишно, сподобався інтерʼєр. Номер на одну людину просторий і комфортний. Емоції тільки позитивні. Подяка персоналу. Коли ще буду в Запоріжжі, обовʼязково оселюся в отелі «Театральний».

Не має ніяких претензій.

Гарний готель, чудовий персонал, смачна кухня. Співвідношення ціна/якість співпадає. Сніданок приємно здивував.

Трохи заважає трамвай. Номер був зі сторони трамвайної гілки.

Удобное расположение. Красивый интерьер. В номере очень чисто, есть все необходимое. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Хороший ресторан и лобби-бар, работает круглосуточно. Вежливый персонал.

Усе чудово.

Вночі можна більш привітно відповідати на телефонні дзвінки. По-людські зрозуміло, звісно, але клієнт теж вночі із потяга... На мій смак, до сніданку було би добре більше зеленого салату і різних сирів, йогурт.

Расположена близко от ЖД, рядом театр, клуб, кафе, вкусный завтрак (входит в стоимость), услужливый и уважительный персонал, вселяют уверенность в чистоте ярлыки на сантех приборах о дезинфекции, хороший напор воды (и гор и хол), есть фен (рабочий), электронный ключ, наличие одноразовых тапочек и руковички для протирания обуви (мелочь, но удобно), на полу в спальне приятное ковровое покрытие, удобно расположены осветительные приборы и выключатели к ним, есть плечики, лопатка для обуви и даже открывашка для напитков, бутылочка воды, наличие балкона (правда не в каждом номере)

Трамвайная линия под окном (жил в левом крыле, окна на улицу), маленькая душевая кабинка (до стоп не дотянешься)), после принятия душа возле неё образовалась не большая лужа, плохое качество приёма сигнала телевизором

Очень уютный, современный отель. В номере идеальная чистота и под рукой есть все необходимое (фен, несколько полотенец, тапочки, салфетки, питьевая вода и даже бируши :)) Завтрак, который входит в стоимость - большой выбор блюд, внимательные официанты. Понравились также наличие различных акций для гостей отеля.

Единственный минус - отсутствие холодильника в номере, но для меня это не было важным, поскольку приезжала в деловых целях на одни сутки.

Понравился, во-первых, сам интерьер - смотрится весьма неплохо. Понравились сотрудники - никто не путался под ногами, вежливые и с чувством юмора (последнее даже неожиданно). В общем, даже не знаю, что еще добавить - хорошая гостиница.

Оказалось, что она далековато от центра... Мне было не очень удобно добираться. В маршрутках сразу фиг разберешься. Рядом центральная улица города, а еще ходит трамвай - открываешь балконную дверь - шумно. Но просто спать с открытым балконом - это мне нравится, для остальных есть кондишн. Так что, как по мне, минусы незначительные - мне они впечатление ни капли не испортили.

Новый отель, все задумано правильно - красиво чисто компактно.

Очень слабая шумоизоляция между комнатами. Хорошо слышно, что смотрит сосед. Персонал старается, но много неприятных мелочей. В хорошем отеле такого быть не должно: 1. При выписке принимают комнату:)) back to USSR?! 2. В номере было 2 полотенца, а стандарт 3, а потом вежливо спросили не забрал ли я себе одно:)) номер 305 3. Завтрак надо заказывать вечером. 4. Из-за того, что бармен любит сам кофе "американо" - он решил, что и я тоже пью именно "американо" Все эти мелочи хороший отель тянут вниз. Берите пример с "Ramada" в Донецке.
