Відпочиваю тут не вперше і планую повернутися ще багато разів. Дуже спокійно, затишно, всі аспекти побуту і перебування гостей максимально продумані. Власниці - просто окрема любов, як і саме місце в цілому.

Чудове місце, гарні господині, територія зелена, багато насаджень, тихо та затишно є бесідки, качеля. Номери чисті. Є кухня для приготування їжі, мангали, парковка, є WiFi правда на вулиці працює краще. Гаряча вода в номері та санвузол. Можно помити ноги після пляжу на вулиці, є літній душ за бажанням. Недалеко є супермаркет. До моря близно хвилин 15 потрібно пройтися. Якщо хочеться затишного та тихого відпочинку тоді рекомендую цю Садибу.

Отдыхали семьей в номере «Терраса» с 20.07.25 по 02.08.25 г. Номер уютный, чистый, всё продумано и удобно. Приятно было пользоваться новой посудой, готовить! Территория ухоженная, есть всё для комфортного отдыха: беседки, мангалы, детская площадка, летняя кухня, библиотека. Спасибо хозяюшкам этой усадьбы - Елене и Галине! Отдельная благодарность Елене - коммуникабельная, внимательная, всегда готова помочь, подсказать, поделиться полезной информацией! Отдых получился отличный! Будем рекомендовать друзьям и знакомым!

Відпочивали з чоловіком в 2-х місному номері з 21.07 до 26.07. Все дуже сподобалось. Господині Олена Василівна та Галина максимально приємні люди, які допоможуть в будь-якій ситуації. Номер був на другому поверсі, дуже комфортний та чистий, є все що треба: душ, туалет, кондиціонер, телевізор ліжко з зручним матрасом та кухня. Біля номерів у кожного стоїть стіл зі стільчиками,+ є власна сушка для речей. Тарганів або іншої живності в номерах немає. Також є чиста постіль та дають кожному по два рушники. Є місце для стоянки автомобілів, тому за безпеку можна не переживати. Дуже зручно, що є безліч бесідок, де можна комфортно відпочити ввечері,+ для дітей є дитячий майданчик. Йти до моря не так і далеко, пішки приблизно 15-20 хвилин, на машині приїджали за 5 хвилин,але потрібно розуміти, що це не перша лінія;) Буквально поруч з домом є Копійочка, але радимо краще закупитися в АТБ в Одесі чи Чорноморську, бо дуже в Кароліні-Бугаз дорого, адже це курортне містечко. Взагалі задоволені всім, дякуємо за гостинність, обовʼязково ще приїдемо до вас відпочивати!)

Прекрасний готель, все зелено в дворі . Дуже виручає під час жари. Номера комфортні, якраз для відпочинку сім'єю. Власники чудові і чуйні люди. Завжди запитають чи все влаштовує, чи щось потрібно. На території є мангальні зони, бесідки на свіжому повітрі, паркомісце закрите, в дворі готелю. Дуже сподобалось, рекомендую всім. Приїду ще неодноразово! Дякую Олена за відпочинок! За чудову атмосферу.

Теплий, сімейний, затишний, уквітчаний, зручний, гарний,є все необхідне для відпочинку,всі зручності,все що необхідно щоб насолоджуватися відпочинком.Тут тобі раді,гостинні,з посмішкою і турботою.Чудовий пляж і неймовірне море зовсім поруч.Рослини,над якими постійно чаклує господиня милують око і душу,коли п'єш каву в зручному кріслі,під розлогим дубом,а поруч квітнуть троянди,гортензії,будлеї,різноманітні квітучі і ароматні ліани.Чудове місце.Незабутні спогади.Дякую.Рекомендую.❤️❤️❤️

+ море чисте, тепле,неглибоке, відпочиваючих небагато (серпень 2024), на пляжі немає контейнерів для сміття, але поблизу є парковка і на пляж можна їхати машиною. + чисто, комфортно + доглянутий сад, місця для відпочинку на вулиці, мангал,бесідки,столики, для смаження шашликів є все необхідне - решітка,шампури (окрім дров) + нові меблі, кондиціонер,літній душ на вулиці і місця для того,щоб помити ноги + приємна хазяйка +тихий відпочинок - до моря трошки треба прогулятись (1200 м), - діти, які літають по сходах,тупають ногами і стрибають на батутах в 7,30 ранку (звукоізоляція стін низька) загалом відпочинок сподобався, база чудова, ставлення дуже гостинне,

Ухоженный сад и количество зелени.

Номера построены в разрез с нормами строительства - например, номер с одной большой кроватью граничит с стеной с кухней. То есть когда на кухне кто-то включает утром воду будет казаться что она течет у вас в мозгу и вы потихоньку сходите с ума. Другой номер в цокольном этаже - оказался с не выветримаемой химией на кухне. Вот такое сюрпризы вас ожидают.
