Вежливый персонал.Уборка номеров каждый день, раз в два дня смена белья. Идеальная чистота.Чистейший бассейн.Очень много цветов, всё ухоженное, цветёт. Это очень красиво.

Очень близко железная дорога, шумно.

Детям очень понравился басейн на территории. Красиво и уютно.

Не понравилась собака хозяина отеля. Бегала по территории отеля и кидалась на детей, на многочисленные просьбы привязать собаку хозяева практически не реагировали.

Что-то выделять не могу,понравилось всё!

Расположение возле жд станции,но это все компенсируется качеством отеля и вежливостью персонала.

Очень понравилось всё. Персонал очень вежливый. Чистота на высшем уровне. Уборка в номере каждый день. Чистка бассейнов каждый вечер. Шоколадный фонтан в кафе на территории-это нечто!) Будем отдыхать еще здесь не раз.

Дуже привітний персонал готелю,чистота, як в номері так і на території(прибирають кожен день).Смачна кухня,цілодобова охорона як території,так і стоянки,одним словом все на дуже високому рівні,молодці,так тримати!!!! Кращий готельний комплекс Затоки!!!!

Все сподобалось,(на першому поверсі "шумновато",але не критично)

Очень хороший отель. Все понравилось, прибирають номер каждый день. Классный басейн. До моря 5 минут неспеша. Фото отеля соответствуют реальности. Все вопросы были решены владельцем без проблем.

Дороговато питание при отеле., сделайте все на 10-20 гривен дешевле и никто не будет ходить кушать в кафе в центре.
