Ціни влітку 2024 просто шалені !!! Кімната 6000гр, без сніданку. Прибирання не було. Ні полотенца, ні белизну за тиждень не поміняли. За 6000 на добу повинні кожен день прибирати. Вікна відкрити не можливо, від генераторів можна задихнутися. Бухаючі не дають можливості відпочити. Жалко що готель спотворюється

Смачна кухня, ввічливий персонал , офіціант Діана просто Фея , шеф - кухар Чаклун . Ресторан ,який врятував наш відпочинок .

Відпочивали в кінці липня 2024 року родиною з 3 дорослих та дитини 5 років. В цілому норм, але за ці гроші повинно було бути краще… По порядку: 1. Недосвідчений персонал починаючи з рецепції, прибиральниць та закінчуючи персоналом ресторану. Рецепція не спроможна вирішувати питання з іншим персоналом та з відпочиваючими… Окремо про нахабність прибиральниць: за чотири дні вранці до мене в номер, незалежно від того, що висіла табличка «НЕ ТУРБУВАТИ», два рази вривалися в номер прибиральниці, а на зауваження покинути терміново номер, задавали питання мені: «Коли я покидаю їх отель?». Прибирали взагалі норм, але чомусь стільчики та стіл на балконі були в павутинні і ніхто на це не звертав уваги. 2. В ресторані половина меню відсутня в наявності, офіціанти взагалі нічого не знають по меню та не можуть відповісти на питання про меню. Готують смачно, але ціни вище, ніж в сусідніх кафешках. 3. Шумоізоляція в отелі відсутня взагалі. З 8-00 ранку спати не можливо. Коли на першому поверсі закривають двері у номері, то на другому дрожать стіни. 4. За вартість 4200 за номер/доба повинно бути краще!!! Про гарне: номер був поліпшений 4 місний з видом на море, 30 кв.м, все працювало, генератор тягнув і кондиціонери, басейн гарний та великий. Вид на море найкращий. Парковка була норм під забором готелю. Дитячий майданчик гарний!
