Holiday Village "Dacha Khutorok" is located on a sandy spit, between the Dniester estuary and the Black Sea. The hotel offers a 4-storey building made of ecologically clean Transcarpathian wood. Modern technology "sandwich-panel" provides natural air-conditioning of rooms. Each room has a private bathroom, TV and fridge. There is a common terrace for all rooms and a Wi-Fi zone in the territory. On the ground floor of the recreation center there is a gym and a billiard room, and on the spacious territory there are gazebos and a playground.

при всем желании ничего хорошего выделить нельзя. Разве что персонал при всех проблемах сохраняет спокойствие и приветливое отношение к клиентам.
Тесно в номерах, душно и жарко; душ, двери, мебель - все расхлябаное и разваливается; грязно и не благоустроено на территории, далеко от моря; старая совдеповская столовая.

Столовая. персонал. Детская анимация.
Место положение. Далеко до моря минут 20 пехом. Бассейн ужас считаете что его там нет.

Понравилось в принципе все. До моря идти минут 10-15, не спеша. Бассейном не пользовались, он уже не работал- не сезон. Питались самостоятельно, но на территории есть столовая. В номере есть все необходимое, кроме чайника.
Шумоизоляция не очень хорошая, просвещающая штора, через которую вечером видно всех соседей, а они в свою очередь видят тебя.

Отдыхали семьей на "Хуторке". Первый раз были в Затоке. Отличная база отдыха, к морю оказалось совсем не далеко. Рядом находится лиман, не глубокий, то, что надо для маленьких деток. Так же на территории предоставляют бесплатный бильярдный стол, где мы проводили свое время. В номере все очень чистенько и уютно. Уборка осуществлялась по запросу и это было очень удобно. Остались довольны базой, будем в будущем приезжать на "Хуторок" с удовольствием.
Не понравилось, что в душе не было геля для душа и шампуня.

Уютная зеленая территория, на которой есть все, что нужно - и беседки для отдыха, и бассейны, и столовая, и настольный теннис, и тренажеры, и бар. И все это вдалеке от шума дороги.

Ездила в Затоку по работе и мой выбор пал на базу отдыха "Дача Хуторок". Оказалось тихое, довольно милое место. Отдыхающих было немного, видимо ещё не сезон. Понравился мой номер- чистый и удобный. Самый большой плюс - это то, что находится у лимана, безумно красивый вид!
Из минусов, то что это не 1-я линия от моря и к морю идти минут 5-10. Но это не повлияло на мой отдых и в общем всем довольна!
