Столовка на территории аля совок (дешево, вкусно), ребенок ел не отравился, номер маленький, гор вода постоянно, холодильник такой что даже пиво не смог охладить :), есть детская площадка но слишком близко к домикам (утром не поспишь), территория большая, частично ухоженная в некоторых местах жутко воняет канальей, на территории 4 хозяина которые межу собой грызутся,

Расположение базы, вышел с забора и море, территория большая и поделена на несколько хозяев, все в зелени,есть беседки, чисто, на территория столовая (вкусно и дешево), рядом пиццерия и кафе, пляж чистый и частный(для нескольких баз), делали шашлыки на территории - хозяева помогли с дровами и шампурами, очень вежливый персонал, номера все со свежим ремонтом, вода(холодная и горячая), свет круглосуточно.
Номер хороший, но нужно доработать нюансы, например, шторы полупрозрачные весят, вечером не переодеться - все видно, нет минимальной посуды (чашки,ложки), нет коврика в душевой (выходишь и все мокро потом), нет веника и тряпки (надо просить в администрации), холодильник барный и маленький(только пиво положить), тут в описании было написано, что есть кондиционер в номере, но был вентилятор (для нас это не принципиально было), но в целом могу сказать что номер очень хороший за эти деньги, мы остались довольны
