Не зовсім зрозуміло, чого цей отель називають єлітним. Якщо так, то треба щоб все цьому відповідало. Отель, зробіть щось з кондиціонером, бо було таке враження, що сплю біля зовнішнього блоку, шум був просто неймовірний. Плюс, сонячна сторона та він ледь працював, не охолодуючи кімнату зовсім. Парковка. На такий великий готель і така куца парковка. Добре що можна запаркуватися у підземному. Заїзд треба шукати з собаками, бо я зробила декілька кругів, поки його знайшла. Для інших людей розташування мабудь вдале, плюс що поруч є трц, не виходячи прям з готелю. Як на мене дуже гамірно. І ще, нехай ваш персонал зробить лице простіше, а то таке враження що до цього ви обслуговували лише королівських осіб. Не потрібно людей після дороги зустрічати так, ніби вони бомжі.

Залишаюся в цьому готелі в другий раз! Дівчатка на рецепції дуже привітні, завжди усміхаються. Кухня в ресторані на другому поверсі дуже смачна. Номер чистенький, багато різних штучок для душу. Шкода, що не буваю в Одесі частіше😊

Дуже гарний готель. На рецепції дуже гостинно прийняли усміхнені дівчата. Дуже смачна кухня і затишний номер. Дякую! Приїду ще )

Самый лучший отель в котором мне доводилось побывать , весь персонал очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Очень удобно что есть швейцар ,приехала на несколько дней с тяжелыми чемоданами и не тащила их сама. Мой номер был на 18 этаже с красивым видом на море ,при чем цена на него такая же как и с видом на город )

Дуже гарний готель, приємні дівчатка на рецепції. Відпочивали з дітьми, був дуже зручний та чистий двокімнатний номер! Рекомендую сніданки, шведська лінія достатньо різноманітна 👍

Отличный уровень гостиницы - номера, холл, лифты, коридоры

Нет выхода на подземную парковку непосредственно из здания гостиницы, мы поселялись во время ливня, и когда переходили из парковки в гостиницу, промокли до нитки. Вид из окон на море портит стройка под окнами, пыль и шум

Очень понравилось, уютно, чисто, комфортно.

Не понравилось обслуживание ресторана, особенно если делаешь заказ с номера, заказали завтрак в номер, принесли через час холодным, на следующий день заказали чай в номер, очень долго ждала. Проблема с парковкой.

Хорошее расположение. Близость к центру города и море совсем рядом.

Завтраки в отели дороговаты. Питались альтернативно в соседнем кафе.

Отличный отель за свои деньги, свежий ремонт в номерах, чисто. Расположен рядом с Аркадией, удобная транспортная развязка, если повезет можно поставить машину рядом с отелем, если все таки повезет, советую передвигаться на общественном транспорте, т.к повезти может кому то другому, а ставить машину в тех краях на обочине - не безопасно. (учитывая трафик летом)

Отсутствие балкона в номере. Рядом - стройка и все вытекающие отсюда последствия.
