The private estate "Babina Loza" is located in the village of Lesovoe, Zhytomyr region, located in the forest, 100 km. from Kyiv and Zhitomir. There are 6 junior suites available for guests to accommodate from two to six people. Single rooms are designed to accommodate two and three people. For accommodation from 4 to 6 people, two-room and three-room rooms are provided. All rooms have their own bathroom with shower and are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. For comfort, all rooms have underfloor heating. Guests have free access to Wi-Fi internet. There is a kitchen on the estate where guests can eat à la carte, including dishes from the oven. On the territory there is a large terrace with a fireplace and barbecue, where guests can enjoy beautiful views. There is also a place for events, conferences, holidays, for this there are two indoor locations, two outdoor terraces and a lawn in a birch grove. On the territory of the estate there is a farm and a cheese factory, where guests can see how natural and eco-friendly products "Babina Vine" are born and an art gallery of modern Ukrainian art, where there is an opportunity to get acquainted with the works of modern Ukrainian artists. Private estate "Babina Loza" is located 18 km. from the bus station in Malin and 20 km. from the railway station in Malin.

Чудове місце за адекватні гроші. Їхали з Київа годину сорок. Для нас готовним був чан і тут він чудовий. Крім того на террассі е камін і ми вечеряли поруч з ним. В комплексі чудова кухня, страви смачні. Є сир власного виробництва. Сніданок входить в вартість. Територія велика, відразу за огорожею ліс і за три години ми назбирали грибів. Можна зайти до кіз, погладити віслюка. Багато котів ) Ввечері можна почилити на великій веранді на другому поверсі. В кімнатах чисто і тепло. Рекомендую і будемо приїзджати ще.

Дорога хорошая, от трассы небольшая "терка" но ехать совсем немного-зато это последний участок в маленьком селе,а значит уединение и тишина-обеспечены🌼 Немного вводит в заблуждение "фасад" заезда-на первом плане старая хатка и часть фермерского дома,но все сомнения рассеиваются при заходе в дом и во двор жилого огромного дома с номерами.Во -первых нет "фермерского" запаха , несмотря на наличие до сотни коз ,нескольких коров и гусей, наоборот- в доме приятно пахнет деревом 😍. Номера чистые,свежие и теплые. Двор огромный,с гамаками и качелью,но конечно же главным гвоздем программы у нас был чан-по факту джакузи на улице🤩.Это просто непередаваемо🫠-каждый сантиметр тела получил максимум релакса❤️❤️❤️❤️ А вечером камин стал просто идеальным завершением вечера🥰🥰🥰 Ну и конечно , так как это ферма эко продукции мы к могли не взять на пробу пару головок вкусного сыра,который кстати продается в good wine.

Були у садибі на вихідних з двома дітьми двох років. Отримали саме те, за чим їхали - тихе, просторе місце де можна бігати з ранку до ночі. Окремі дитячі емоції викликали тварини. Смачна їжа, досить зручна логістика (не далеко від траси). Є бажання повернутися ще раз як зʼявиться більше зелені.

Комплекс очень крутой все очень вкусно персонал прекрасный Адрей очень вкусно готовит по кухне особенно по кофе !!!! Сергей управляющий знает свою роботу и делает для гостей все возможное и не возможное Очень крутой чан приехал с женой на отдых все было уже готово чан прекрасный стол который предложил Сергей и было все на высшем уровне Большое спасибо вам за ваш уют!!!!!

Відпочивали великою компанією в жовтні 2023 року. Зайняли весь готель😁номери різного розміру, але всі досить комфортні) готель, як двоповерховий будинок) дуже смачна їжа, атмосферна тераса, можна купити молока, сир домашній та мед) на території є тварини, яких можна годувати: кози, коровки і навіть осел Яша)) привітний персонал, все сподобалось, обов'язково повернемось ще🥰🥰

Неймовірне місце. Враження, що приїхав додому. Для кожного, хто про спойкійний відпочинок, ліс та смачну їжу. Персонал - окрема тема. Чудові люди. Відношення до гостей як до рідних. Рідко пишу відгуки, але це саме той випадок, коли не зробити того було б злочином) 5+
