Дуже сподобалося! Є все, що потрібно, дуже чисто, добрі господарі, приємна атмосфера. Підходить як для однієї ночі, так і тривалішого проживання. Дуже сподобалося, у майбутньому, якщо знову проїздом знадобиться десь переночувати — знаємо вже добре місце)

Вчера отдыхали и жарили шашлык, всё прошло просто отлично. Хозяин оказался невероятно приятным и гостеприимным человеком. Он обращает внимание даже на такие мелочи, которые обычно владельцы отелей пропускают мимо глаз. Цены порадовали, взять мангал стоит недорого, а сама площадка с беседкой ухожена и аккуратна, сразу приятно находиться. В номерах чисто, свежо, никаких посторонних запахов, и машин на дороге почти не слышно. Атмосфера очень комфортная, а хозяин поистине классный мужик.

Надзвичайно сподобалось! Дуже комфортне проживання було для нашої пари в цьому гостьовому домі: чисто, сучасний дизайн, зручне ліжко, всі умови для чудового відпочинку продумані власниками до найменших дрібниць! В дворі газон, озеро, гарна територія. Зручне місцерозташування і заїзд. Дуже гарно! Рекомендую 100 % як вдалий вибір для проживання подобово в Житомирі!
