Занепадаючий. Все потерте, занедбане. Ресторан не працює. Потрібно брати з собою їжу і будьте готові брати посуд з собою бо з посуду в номері лише 2 стакани. Немає капців, з душу виходите босі по плитці. Щось постійно гуде, мені все одно а от у коханого нерви розшатані, його дуже дратує. Телевізор старий, вай фай відсутній. Номер 1200 грн. Будиночки не здаються. З плюсів - відносна тиша, якщо не брати до уваги автомобільну дорогу поряд. Немає навіть символічної знижки для учасників бойових дій.

Мінуси. Брудно. Видно що прибирають, але дуже халтурно. Багато павуків у номері, особливо у душі. Пилюка на стінах зі зрубу. Одного разу у душі бачив невеликого слимака. Також дуже погані ремонти. Десь щось відклеїлося, десь відірвалося, потрібно косметично доробити. Нема жодних розваг, тільки баня. Якщо по роботі, то нормально, але якщо для відпочинку тільки алкоголь та баня. Дуже багато комарів, треба купляти щось проти них. Якщо берете номер у будинку, то готуйтеся до шуму. Навіть не дуже голосні розмови чути, не кажучи вже про щось більше. Плюси. Розташування, збоку ліс. Це як плюс і мінус, бо багато комарів. Також біля траси, не треба далеко їхати. Наявність кондиціонера у номері. Біля номерів є альтанки, можна посидіти. Порадували ціни, досить непогано, якщо розділити на 3-4 людини. Хороший персонал, тільки адміністратора часто треба шукати або дзвонити. Є крита парковка, у будні завжди є місця. Якщо не вистачило - можна на відкриту, вона дуже велика. На в'їзді у комплекс є магазин. Один нюанс, торгують алкоголем на сигаретами з-під прилавка. Загалом це все, що хороше.
