Хочу залишити відгук про найулюбленіший готель в Львові. Перебувала тут періодично по пару місяців . Дуже затишне і красиве місце . Завжди чисті номери , хороший персонал, і дуже красивий сад ззаду готеля. Було дуже комфортно, звичайно буду повертатися ще . Окремо хочу виділити власників готелю з якими дуже приємно спілкуватися , і які завжди допомагали у всіх питання .

Доброго часу доби! Приїхали ввечері з дитиною, нас зустрів власник готелю, перед приїздом телефонувала його дружина ( доброзичливі та милі люди) нам все сподобалось, гарно, чисто, смачно. Дякую вам за таке відношення- це має велике значення! 🤗

Готель досить непаганий, але ціна завищена, за номер однокімнатний без балкону сімейний ми оплатили 3000 грн зі сніданком (2 дорослих і 1 дитина 7 років і дитина 1 рік) Плюси: тихе місце, рецепція працює вночі, симпатичний внутрішній дворик, приємні господарі. Але дуже скромний сніданок, невеликий вибір (пластівці, хліб з маслом і одна з позицій на вибір типу яєшню/сирники), немає кавомашини і було б добре добре добавити якусь нарізку ковбаси/сиру і може якісь хоч трохи фрукти. Номер сімейний просторий, без балкону, з видом у внутрішній дворик, є капці, водичка, засоби гігієни.

Рекомендуємо готель Villa Crocus! Професійний та дбайливий персонал, який підтримує та допомагає з усіх питань 24 на 7! Затишна та красива територія (невелика) для проведення часу на повітрі, якісні номери з хорошими ліжками/матрацами та білосніжною постілью та рушниками, смачні домашні сніданки на вибір, доступність посуду, чаю, кави, мікрохвильової печі, чайника в спейсі для харчування, можливість отримати якісні послуги в салоні краси при готелі. Ось прямо все було добре! При тому, що я максимальна примха до сервісу. Маріє, Ольга, окреме вам дякую за ваш підхід до гостей!
