Очень вежливый администратор; Удачное расположение; Чистота; Пока ещё красивый вид с балкона (нет застройки, что удивительно); Наличие кухни; Близко к центру (подъемники, магазин, пиццерия, кафешки).
Слабоватая электроплита; Ремонтные работы на подъёме к жилью (это не вина отеля); Это и всё... )))

Комфортные, просторные и чистые аппартаменты. Прекрасный вид из окон. Мало людей, т.к. находится немного в стороне от центра курорта.
Маленький холодильник, нужно обновить плиту и сковороду
