Номер чудовий, персонал - ппривітний , всі питання вирішували швидко та професійно , сніданки смачні та різноманітні , стоянка для авто зручна, приємний комплемент при виїзді ( сюрприз). Дуже доглянутий басейн.

В зоні саун не було нікого , щоб замовити чай чи напої, хоча барна стійка є . В ресторані в останній день сталася пригода . Ми всі дні обідали та вечеряли в ресторані і все було ок - не дешево , але смачно та гарне обслуговування. В останній день 30.10. прийшли пообідати та замовили бограч ( як завжди смачний ) та 200 г горілки. Горілки не виявилося ( сказали , що закривються вже завтра - не сезон - тож вона закінчилась , а нову не купували). Ми спитали чи можна нам взяти з номера 200 г горілки до обіду. Сказав Вадим ( офіціант ) , що відкоркувати пляшку коштує 250 грн. - Відкорковувати нічого було не треба і з урахуванням того , що ми залишали дуже гарні чайові , незважаючи на досить високі ціни - можна було б до цього бажання віднестися більш лояльно , тим паче , що запропонувати альтернативний напій ресторан змоги не мав . Це була така ложка дьгтю перед відїздом . А взагалі все дуже сподобалось , тож дякуємо за позитивні моменти нашої поїздки , особливо адміністратору ( ГАННА) вона така мила.
