Просто ужасный сервис. Администратор на ресепшене на просьбу про то можно ли нам в номер стакан, начала хамить и разговаривать на повышенных. Когда спустились спросить может все таки можно найти стакан. В ответ мне последовало о том что ресторан не работает ресторан и вообще в люксе не предусмотренно то что могут прийти гости и раз ко мне пришла гостья должна заплатить за то что она находится в номере . И все это было на повышенном , перебивая . Очень прошу руководство отеля обратить на это внимание и принять меры

The rooms are very spacious and bright. They are also quiet, I did not hear any noise from other rooms or floors. The bathrooms are also spacious and the showers are nice. The staff was very professional and extremely kind. The location worked well for me as it is only a few minutes walk from a metro station, but also a great place from which to walk around Kyiv.

Зупинялися в цьому отелі по роботі на три дні. Чесно, чогось особливого від 3-х зірок не очікували. Але готель дуже приємно вразив! Шикарний номер з кухнею. Засоби гігієни - як в 4-х зірках! Чисто, затишно, комфортно, багато міста в номері. Дуже ввічливий і турботливий персонал. За окрему доплату - сніданок на 11 поверсі ресторану з терасою. Номер коштував - 1750, сніданок - 300грн. Поруч з готелем - ринок, великий супермаркет, аптеки. До найближчого метро - 5хв. Однозначно рекомендую цей готель!

Чисто, комфортно та тихо. Це саме те, що потрібно для відпочинку в центрі мегаполісу. Посуд, всі необхідні засоби гігієни та навіть набір для шиття😊 Не вийшло впоратись з ТВ, але не так воно було й потрібно. Загальне враження позитивне. Дякую❤️

Сподобалося майже все. Чудовый номер.персонал чудовий на рецепшені ввічливий . Дякую за це.
Волосся на ліжку не моє. На рушниках. І двері тумбочок погано витерті були, липли. Ресторан мало працює. До 18.00
