Хотел бы поделиться отзывом об отеле Урочище вышня. Как только приехали в отель сразу же началось веселье. 1)Сломанный шкафчик для кухонных принадлежностей. 2) В номере проблема с електричеством, розетки били током, поставили устройство заряжаться на ночь и оно испортилось, пришлось выкидывать. 3)Заселили в номер и там не было окна,а у друзей было, просто отдельная комната в темноте 4) Первый раз нас встретили все рассказали и больше к нам не приходили и не уточнили как у нас дела и все ли хорошо. Белье нужно просить чтобы меняли, хотя при заселении сказали что через 3 дня придут и поменяют. 5)Понравился ресторан на втором этаже, девушки которые обслуживали нас молодцы. Да и в целом кухня вкусная 6)Не хватает персонала на все количество гостей. 7) Плохая шумоизоляция, ночью заселяли людей что уже неприятно, когда ты спишь и начинается сильный шум. 8) У друзей в номере замок в туалете сломан, еле помогли открыть дверь в итоге ходили в туалет не закрывая на замок дверь. 9) Грязные полотенца 10) Чтобы разжечь камин в номере нужно было еще заплатить 200 грн 11) Заселение должно было произойти в 14:00 , а по итогу заселили нас в 14:40, пошли просто рядом в ресторан покушали и ждали когда нас наберут, а все из-за того что пытались починить шкафчики и не убрали вовремя номера.

Були з колегами у відрядженні, зупинилися в Комплексі «Урочище Вишня». Дуже привітний персонал і завжди готові допомогти. Через невелику кількість відвідувачів у період нашого перебування, нас заселили раніше (це великий плюс для готелю!!!). Дякую за сервіс)

Готель знаходиться в дуже зручному місці. До першого витягу до 5 хв.пішки. Номер був чистий і теплий. Єдине, лижна кімната є, але без обігріву, тому речі сушили в номері. Сніданки смачні.

Близкое расположение подъемника и прокатного пункта. Хорошие сытные завтраки
В номере постоянно присутствовал запах гари, окно на проветривание открывать было нельзя

Особливо були вражені гостинністю персоналу!!Все сподобалося,чистота в номері,вгляд з балкону надзвичайний!!Дуже вдале розташування,близько біля підйомника.Були приємно вражені дуже смачним сніданком !!Відпочинок був супер!!!
