+ Дуже гарна садиба, атмосферна, дерев'яний дім у лісі, поряд протікає річка. Кімната дворівнева, дітям дуже подобалось (і дорослим теж). Дуже тепло. Чан неймовірний. Є ще сауна, але ми не ходили. У кімнаті є телевізор, душ, туалет, балкон, є фен, чайник, мікрохвильова пічка.
− На час перебування господарі не встигли організувати харчування, хоча наче все вже було підготовлено (але через 350 м є Колиба з нормальною їжею). Центр (вокзал, горки, магазини) далеко, треба їхати на таксі або на рейсовому автобусі, йти взимку уздовж траси незручно, можливо, влітку нормально.
