Жили в номере люкс на первом этаже. На фото представлена не много не та мебель, что в реале, например вместо плазмы стоит обычный телевизор, около камина лавочка а не кресла. Из плюсов: неплохой интерьер и экстерьер, нет советского стиля, все выглядит современно, хорошее расположение, недалеко от центра, идти минут пять (однако, после дождя на дороге очень много грязи, берите обувь, которую не жалко), есть все необходимое (холодильник в номере, кухня с минимальным набором посуды, полотенца, тумбы, шкаф, можно взять утюг, если нужно, однако нет фена, а ванне даже мыла), ездили в ноябре 2019 было отопление, в номере достаточно тепло, работает электро камин, на улице можно делать шашлык, есть небольшая закрытая беседка, в холле есть пару тренажеров. Мы жили в доме одни, больше никого не было, удобно и комфортно. При желании можно приготовить что то на кухне, есть куллер с питьевой водой. При выселении хозяйка разрешила оставить вещи и даже подождать в номере до поезда, если нужно.
Минусы: из крана течет вода желтого цвета с неприятным запахом, лейка для душа вся ржавая или грязная(скорее всего из за воды), также желтый поддон душа и умывальник, в комнате стоит красивый деревянный шкаф, однако складывается впечатление, что он весь в пыли, так как на нем много узоров и засечек, которые трудно убирать, в ванне нет мыла, можно поставить хотя бы бутылочку жидкого, и подушки, и еще перьевые подушки это рассадник бактерий и пылюки, на которую у людей может быть аллергия. В общем впечатления положительные, за такую цену неплохой вариант. Больше всего порадовал современный дизайн, так как рассмотрела много вариантов, везде ковры и очень сельской стиль, при чем за немалые деньги.

Чудова господина,потішило наявність кухні,проживання окремо від господарів.Також порадувало наявність гойдалки(для дитини).Уся необхідна техніка на кухні була присутня.Дуже сподобалося.Плануємо повернутися знову) І радимо друзям)

Не первый год знаю хозяев отеля ВИТАН. Всегда добродушные и вежливые люди. Отдыхать в отеле ВИТАН - ОТЛИЧНО! Однозначно рекомендую.

Просторный номер. Не далеко от центра, не надо куда-то долго спускаться-подниматься чтоб попасть домой.
Номер люкс, он не двухкомнатный. Одна комната и душ-туалет. Электрокамин не работает, телик тоже не смогли посмотреть(батарейки в пульте), пару лампочек не работало, воду нагревают только по ночам и поэтому вечером не всегда была теплая вода.

Очень понравилось расположение усадьбы, а также условия в номере люкс хорошие. Большая просторная кухня.
На кухне электрическая плитка, в которой работает только одна конфорка. Нам повезло мы были одни на весь дом, так что кухня была только наша, а так конечно приготовить еду будет не реально, нужно брать с собой мультиварку. Мы в следующий раз так и поступим.

Все отлично. Место по другую сторону реки от центра, близко к лесу. По желанию можно сделать шашлык во дворе дома или на поляне около леса. Приветливые хозяева, которые не надоедают. У хозяев есть корова и коза, так, что можно заказывать молоко.
Хотелось бы больше чистоты в с/у и чтобы конфорок на кухне больше работало.

Красивий готель. Прекрасний інтер*єр. Все оздоблено деревом і запах в готелі відповідний. Пахне свіжим деревом. Гостинні господарі. З вікон відкриваються чудові краєвиди Карпат. За городом річка Прут. Видно гірськолижний витяг.
Чуть в стороні від центральної вулиці. Треба зорієнтуватись, як туди доїхати перший раз.

Хороший номер, рядом очень шумит речка, но благодаря хорошим окнам ничего не слышно.
Не очень чисто в "холле" - можно немного прибраться.
