Description of the room: The hobbit house is designed for 4 people. 1st floor: living room with a wood-burning stove, combined with a kitchen, which has everything you need for cooking and setting the table. The bed on the first floor can be folded out for two people. Under the ceiling is a cozy bedroom area with a large sleeping place. Appliances: TV, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle. Electric heating, and a wood-burning stove. In case of a power outage, there is a generator. Near the house there is parking, a small gazebo with a table and chairs, a barbecue (skewers, net), a children's playground, summer loungers with a view of the river, a separate pier, free fishing, WiFi.
