При заезде мой номер оказался занят ,мне заменили номер на люкс ,что не могло не порадовать)))Персонал чистота на высоте,всем очень рекомендую.Лучшая гостиница в этом городе,очень по домашнему тихо и уютно)

Зручне розташування, чисто, хороший персонал, тепло в номерах, гарний двір, доброзичливе сталення до тварин (в готелі є пару кішок і пес), парковка навпроти готелю

Інтернет. При бронюванні була гарантія того, що в готелі інтернет на швидкості 100мб/с. Дуже важливо було мати стабільний інтернет для роботи. По факту інтернет то працює, то не працює. Наіть якщо працює, то швидкість буває такою, що неможливо користуватись. Як розумію, проблема в мережевому обладнанні (роутері). Старенький d-link який, певно, не розрахований на такі навантаження і персонал постійно його перезавнтажаує, що не завжди йому допомагає

Тихо, чисто. В номере есть все необходимое.

Бронировали номер на 3х гостей, а полотенец было на 2х. Пришлось просить принести еще пару полотенец. Гель для душа и мло выдали после просьбы. В остальном все отлично

Очень комфортные номера. Все очень аккуратно и функционально. Если кафе добавится, чтобы поужинать можно было - будет еще лучше!
