The recreation center "Soniachna" is located in the village of Lypove, surrounded by nature, next to the river. Вкрай негативне враження від бази «Сонячна» на річці Сула. Ми заздалегідь домовилися з господинею бази про проживання, узгодили ціну та час заїзду — 14:00, виїзду — 12:00. Також завчасно внесли передоплату 1000 грн. Приїхали вчасно, але замість нормального заселення отримали годину незрозумілих розбірок. На місці нас зустрів чоловік похилого віку, який займається заселенням. Він близько години ходив навколо, не хотів нас заселяти й пояснював це тим, що нічого не знає про нашу домовленість із господинею. Більше того, він сказав, що на цей будиночок нібито вже домовився з іншими людьми. Після того як ми приблизно годину прочекали, нас нарешті погодилися заселити, але вже поставили перед фактом, що ми маємо виїхати до 10:00, тому що о 9:00 приїдуть інші люди. Тобто ми приїхали на офіційний час заселення о 14:00, нас фактично заселили лише о 15:30, а потім ще й скоротили час нашого проживання. Про якусь нормальну клієнтоорієнтованість тут навіть не йдеться. Далі з’ясувалося, що будиночок, у який нас зрештою поселили, коштує ще на 500 грн дорожче, хоча з господинею ми заздалегідь домовлялися про іншу суму. На запитання, чому він дорожчий, нам пояснили, що це двокімнатний будинок і що «там колись Кучма пив каву». Чесно кажучи, така аргументація виглядала щонайменше дивно. Щодо самого будиночка — окреме розчарування. Фото, які нам надсилали, очевидно, зроблені давно і зовсім не відповідають теперішньому стану. Все виглядає занедбаним, багато чого поламане. У туалеті стояв дуже сильний неприємний запах, крани працювали через раз. Загалом склалося враження повної неорганізованості: господиня домовляється з гостями одне, людина, яка відповідає за заселення, про ці домовленості нічого не знає, на місці змінюються умови, час проживання скорочується, а за будиночок ще й намагаються виставити іншу ціну.

ЖАХЛИВЕ СТАВЛЕННЯ до клієнтів, суцільна брехня при бронюванні та повна антисанітарія на базі та в будинках! Очікуйте, що можете бути заселені зовсім не в ті будинки, які бронювали та передплачували . Іванович вирішує сам кого куди заселити, незалежно від того , хто що бронює. Ніякого підтвердження оплати за бронювання немає: все сплачується на картку або просто в кишеню. Відповідальних за бронювання не знайти. Миші, цвіль, сирість - це все що згадується про «відпочинок». Будинки зовсім не підготовлені до заселення: посуд брудний, підлоги в плямах , навіть сміття залишилось від минулих відпочиваючих. Висновок : проходьте повз цієї бази.
