В принципе все необходимое есть. Не обманули. Встретили, приняли, залог 2000 грн вернули. Все по честному. Но 9,6 за квартиру не дам.
Ванная+ кухня несмотря на приход уборщицы после сдачи номера находятся в плесени. Вытяжка с 20 милиметровым слоем пыли и гари. Это все видимые вещи. На 5 баллов явно не тянет но 4, 4- поставить можно. Учитывая украинскую терпимость советовать могу, но с оговоркой, что брезгливым и супертребовательным будет не комильфо.

Вежливая и пунктуальная администрация, чистый двор и подъезд, удобное расположение (в 10 минутах неспешной ходьбы находится станция метро, вторая линия домов от дороги), тихие соседи, возможность самостоятельного приготовления пищи, хорошее освещение квартиры, исправная сантехника, наличие стиральной машины, Wi-Fi, TV и т. д. То есть, все, что обещали - выполнили. Фото на сайте соответствуют действительности, фотошопом по ним никто не прошелся. Порадовало внимание к мелочам - полный набор посуды и столовых принадлежностей, есть соль, перец, спички, гель для душа, шампунь, губка для обуви, свежие батарейки в пультах, запас мусорных пакетов, все лампочки рабочие. В следующий раз будем останавливаться в Home Hotel.
Диван и кресло знавали лучшие времена, спать не очень удобно (но двухместная кровать новая и комфортная).

В этой квартире останавливались уже второй раз - очень удобное расположение, да и сама квартира в соотношении цена/качество - отлично! Персонал - отзывчивый, все супер!
