Очень чисто, даже стерильно! Магазины, салоны, кафе.. всё есть на территории! За это путешествие останавливались в разных отелях Киева. Не смотря на низкую стоимость, условия здесь для моей семьи были самые идеальные! Большой холодильник, кухня со всем необходимым, а главное стерильная чистота! Очень приятный персонал!

Небольшое ожидание при поселении и выселении.

Зупинялась в готелі вперше. Дуже привітний персонал! Дякую! Затишна і велика кімната, простора ванна кімната. Є все для комфортного проживання.

Іноді бракувало світла в кімнаті,загальне освітлення - було б ідеально)

В номере все необходимое присутствует. Удобно наличие микроволновки, чайника и холодильника Оформление номера достойное, белье качественное.

Низкий приём мобильной связи, приходится говорить стоя у открытого окна.

Нормальный отель. Гостеприимный администратор, вежливый. Номера достойные, в них есть все удобства. Понравилось все. Вкусно кормят)

В целом без нареканий.

В номере было холодно обратившись на ресепшен нам сказали что к 9 утра принесут камин, нам в 12 выселяться. Пришлось немного поругаться, принесли через 15 минут. А в целом понравилось.

Отель замечательный! Приехала раньше и меня заселили сразу, что очень было приятно. Всё чисто, комфортно. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым. Ванная большая со всеми принадлежностями, что очень порадовало. Даже наличие тапочек было неожиданно приятно. Поэтому ставлю все 10.
