Рассположение отличное, прямо в 10 метрах от метро Театральная. Вежливый персонал, я три раза за мин переспросила код и мне вме три раза спокойно ответили. Уборка каждый день, девушка очень милая. Горячая вода , интернет и свет были постоянно. Для нас было однозначно лучше ,чем в отеле. На завтрак ходили рядом в кафе, где скидка на кофе 50% каждое утро
Минусов для меня небыло.

Молодцы, особенно детям понравилась ванна джакузи,
я бы все таки сделал бы косметический ремонт подьезда с 1го этажа, этот обшарпанный подьезд морально угнетает

Очень красивый номер, все чисто, просторно. Две минуты пешком от Крещатика. Удобно поставить машину в соседнем дворе.
Сложно первый раз найти гостиницу, так как нет вывески. Потом - уже очень легко.

Добрый день! Проживание в этом отеле оставило наилучшие впечатления и воспоминания, чисто, комфортно, уютно... поездка прошла замечательно, не считая погодных условий :-) есть одно но...очееееееень жарко, но наверное это все равно плюс :-)

Гостиница очень понравилась, остались только положительные эмоции. Всё чисто, убрано, сделано в интересном стиле.
