The new and stylish "Amarant Urban Hotel" is located in Podil - the historical and cultural center of Kiev. Taras Shevchenko metro station is just a 5-minute walk away. Free closed private parking is available for guests arriving by car. Each room has at its guests: new comfortable furniture, comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses, enhanced sound and thermal insulation, a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and cosmetics, a large plasma TV with Smart TV function, high-speed free Wi-Fi internet, table, luggage space, laptop mini-safe. For guests with long stays, we offer spacious 2-room apartments with a kitchenette. The hotel lobby is cozy, functional and spacious on the ground floor. This hotel is not good. Expensive in relation to the average quality. Bad location, my room looked like a prison cell. Cleaning was after 6 pm. I wouldn't have complained about this if it wasn't for the fact that I asked for a late check-out because I had a train at 9pm. The receptionist, without checking room availability, said he could offer me a 2pm check-out free of charge. He didn't check anything on the computer because he knew the big hotel was almost all empty. I had another booking there for 7 days, I was supposed to return there after 3 days - this fact did not matter. But the manager wrote to me that if I cancelled this booking on booking.com I would get these 7 days cheaper. I described to him the whole situation with late check -out, then he wrote me that housekeeping have their cleaning schedule and some other nonsense. Note! And when I gave a rating of 4/10 on booking.com he wrote to me on whats up an aggressive message that I was destroying Ukrainian business and that I was blocked in all hotels of this network. A horrible experience.

Чудовий готель! Плануємо сюди повернутися ще :) Приємні працівники, швидко та гарно реагували на всі прохання та побажання (одразу та без проблем погодилися потримати наші валізи, коли ми виселялися на 1 ніч, та дали залишити машину на парковці ще декілька годин після виселення). У номерах доглянуто, є усе необхідне. А чай був особливо смачним! Дякую, що зробили час перебування у Києві таким приємним та зручним.
