I went here a few years ago, hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything. I wish I took pics of hotel, its architecture and designs is very unique.

Я тут вже в пʼяте. Цього разу довго шукали мою бронь букінга, так і не знайшли. Сніданки не безкоштовні, а 350 грн. Є два варіанти- мені довподоби англійський. В номері були відключені теплові панелі- холод стояв страшний. Знадобилося декілька годин, щоб зігрітися.

Была в конце октября, всё понравилось! Персонал компетентный и дружелюбный, в номере убирали каждый день. Номера неплохие, замечаний нет, цена соответствует качеству. Вид из окна отличный! В целом, я осталась довольна и буду рекомендовать этот отель как место для отдыха друзьям и знакомым. Большое спасибо!

Зупинялися в цьому готелі, і, на жаль, враження залишилися далеко не найкращі. Незважаючи на заявлений рівень у 4 зірки, сервіс і умови зовсім не відповідають цьому статусу. Номер виявився брудним: пил всюди, текстиль у жахливому стані, халат застиранний, рушники виглядали так, ніби їх використовували вже не раз без належного прання. У номері не було навіть базових зручностей: капців, питної води, серветок. Окремо варто згадати про запах, неприємний, затхлий, що відразу створює некомфортну атмосферу. Очікували значно вищий рівень чистоти та сервісу, але, на жаль, готель не виправдав навіть мінімальних очікувань.

Залишаю свій відгук про готель, щоб попередити інших. На жаль, враження були дуже негативними. У номері було холодно, на підлозі та меблях брудно, в умивальнику я знайшла чуже волосся – це було просто огидно. Туалет хитався, а кнопка зливу постійно глючила. Персонал, м’яко кажучи, некваліфікований: за 3 дні в номері жодного разу не винесли сміття, навіть не заглянули, щоб хоч щось прибрати. Щодо сніданків – це окрема історія. Вони доступні лише з 8:30 до 10:30, і якщо ви пропустите цей час, то їжі більше немає, особливо на вихідних. Нам довелося замовляти їжу самостійно, що дуже незручно. Загалом, готель викликав лише розчарування. Не рекомендую і раджу обирати інші варіанти для проживання.

чесно це просто жах, окрім того, що взимку в номері немає нормального опалення, ремонт здається не робився ще з 1970х, а двері на балкон були запхані поролоном. З хорошого, постіль та рушники з халатом, білосніжні. За такі самі кошти можна зняти набагато кращий готель.

Тяжко було виспатись бо в когось всю ніч працював кондиціонер і дуже гучно його було чути, кожні 5-10 хвилин він вмикався... А ще під телевізором в кімнаті холодильник, теж шумний. У ванній кімнаті кран - трошки відкриваєш і вся вода летить у різні сторони і вам на одяг... Ванна дуже вузька... Сам готель не дуже сучасний, більш такий класичний я б сказав... Нажаль не сподобалось зовсім.

Готель поряд з урядовим кварталом, через перекриті підступи до нього піша прогулянка наша завершилась не дуже вдало, прийшлось на зворотному шляху їхати на таксі, так як нас не пустили пройти через виставлені кордони. Оформлення в готель займає максимально багато часу, коли ти з дороги вже чекаєш на відпочинок, тобі потрібно ще витрачати пів години що тебе оформили. Номери - це трішки жах, з урахуванням підняття ціни на них - то взагалі

Отель ужасный, в номере грязно и очень неприятный запах. Ванная комната - полная антисанитария. Уборка номера заключается в замене мусорного пакета, за время проживания ни разу не подмели пол. Везде вонючие советские ковры, все в волосах. На ресепшене работник шепчет в стекло, можно только догадаться, о чём разговор. В округе абсолютно ничего нет, только куча блокпостов, здание городского совета и маленький магазинчик. Если хочется попасть в центр, то надо проехать на автобусах по 10-15 остановок на 5 разных маршрутах. Отель в общем мрачный и неуютный. Не рекомендую. Если бы мог, поставил бы -5 звёзд.
