Єдиний плюс готелю це розташування. Мінуси: Ціни дуже завищені, ніякої шумоізоляції, щілина в дверях і все чутно з коридору, плями на підлозі, дірки на шторах, пошарпані рушники, потрібен ремонт ванної кімнати.

Дуже гарний та сучасний готель з гарним розташуванням в центрі Києва Номери затишні, ліжко дуже комфортне, що не хочеться навіть вставати 😅 Персонал тут дружній та приємний, покоївки також професійно відносяться до своєї роботи. В цілому враження склалося дуже позитивне ☺️ Обов'язково повернусь ще!

Не сподобалось, ціна притягнута за вуха, дешевий ремонт в кімнатах, хоча з претензією на дизайн. Плитка у ванній кімнаті вже з поганими жовтими швами. Прибиральниця зайшла звернула ковдри, положила каву та пішла, халати з валялись, зкомкана ковдра від ліжка так само. чашки навіть не помила. Ізоляція жахлива, між дверима вхідними та кімнатою є щілина в палець, чутно все що роблять люди в коридорах. Те саме в су. В номері немає ніякої сушарки, ні радіатору, тож випрати нічого не вийде. Готель розташовано в тихому місці, але поруч нажаль ні кавʼярень ні магазинів. окрім кавʼярні яка в готелі. На поснідати у вихідний день, нам любʼязно пояснили, що для гостей готелю столики не бронюються, ви можете чекати або замовити в номер! як так??? ми так само заплатили, ще й і заздалегідь? чим ми відрізняємось? Сніданок це одне блюдо з меню, сік і кава. простіше не сплачувати його в готелі а прийти і сісти як гість не готелю.

Обожнюю. Зупинялася тут вже двічі. Естетика у кожній деталі, є якийсь французький шарм в цьому готелі. Найбільше подобається номер «Kyiv Corner room with balcony». В кавʼярні при готелі Marko теж дуже смачно 🥰

Надзвичайно гарний, чистий і дуже атмосферний готель. Там дійсно насолоджуєшся деталями. Знаходиться в центрі але дуже тихому місці, де дійсно можна насолодитись тишею. Смачні і дуже класні сніданки. В пішій доступності Золоті ворота і багато визначних місць.

Гарний та затишний невеликий готель. Дуже класне розташування, поруч багато історичних та красивих місць Києва. Якщо приїхали погуляти по Києву, то це ідеальний готель, залишаєте машину біля готелю та гуляєте весь день пішки. Приємний персонал. Затишні номери, дуже зручне ліжко, гарна косметика а ванній. Мені друзі рекомендували цей готель і я так само готовий рекомендувати цей готель. Дякую вам за гостинність

Дуже вдячний за неперевершений відпочинок у даному готелі. Мені сподобалось перебувати у ньому кожної хвилини. Менеджмент готелю був дуже ввічливим та щирим. Хотів би також звернути увагу на ресторан у готелі: бадьора праця усіх членів кухні надзвичайно вплинули на мої емоції, наскільки там було смачно. Особливо хотів би подякувати адміністратору Богдану. Дуже чемний та працьовитий хлопець. Одразу бачиш, що людина полюбляє свою працю. З ним можно навіть поспілкувати на різноманітні теми. Сподіваюсь повернутись до вас ще раз

Nice hotel with fresh flowers, but I don’t like that Security Guards always on their feet, give them some chairs. They are human beings, not slavers to stand 24/7.

Отримали задоволення від перебування в такому затишному, стильному, приємному місці. Номер невеликий, але висока стеля і великі вікна додають багато світла і простору. Також отримала від персоналу готелю приємний сюрприз на день народження. Дякую! ❤️

Готель розташований в самому серці Києва на вулиці Михайлівській Номери дуже стильні, є все необхідне для перебування. В номерах чисто Кафе Марко взагалі надзвичайне місце, сніданки та вечеря чудова! Якщо обирати готель в Києві, це однозначно готель Софія! Дуже круто, шо будинок повністю відреставрували, це дуже хороша місія власників
