Неодноразово зупинялися в цьому готелі, і жодного разу не було жодних претензій. Але, на жаль, під час останнього перебування на килимі знайшла упаковку від готельної косметики, яку хтось кинув під ліжко, а під підвіконням було розбите скло. Вид, звісно, чудовий, але за такі кошти хотілося б хоча б ретельніше прибраного номера.

Гарне розташування в самому серці Києва, дуже приємний персонал.З готовністю вирішує всі питання .Є все для комфортного проживання ,обладнане спальними містами сховище на мінус четвертому поверсі (правда не скористалися) В ресторані затишно і смачна шведська лінія на сніданках.Обслуговуванням нашого фуршету на заході також залишились задоволені -все естетично,смачно,враховуючи наші побажання . Адміністратору ресторану Олі та відділу маркетингу Галині і Ірині велика подяка за супровід нашого заходу 💗

Готель не вперше обираємо, комфортне розташування. Бронюємо вид на майдан незалежності і цілий день можна насолоджуватися краєвидом. Якщо їдеш по справам я просто як турист зручно, тому що поблизу всі потрібні локації та метро . Є ресторан і ми бронювали зі сніданками номер, гарна шведська лінія, великий вибір страв, смачно. Подобається, що є укриття і гарно чути тривогу навіть в номері оголошують. Прибирання щодня, все супер по чистоті.

Чисто, уютно,спокойно, близко к центру, красивый вид с окна, есть ресторан, отличные завтраки)
Номер не подготовлен для приема гостей: пульт от кондиционера отсутствовал, фен не работал (по просьбе без проблем принесли новый!), телевизор постоянно отключался из-за перебоя сети, заглушки в ванную не нашла, холодильник обнаружила в шкафчике случайно в последний день( Мелочи, но не могу же я то и дело звонить на ресепшн и говорить об этом, проверяйте это сами перед заселением!!! Просьба сопровождать гостя в номер и говорить что где лежит, нюансы включения ТВ и подобное!!! Возмутил отдел маркетинга, который уверял меня что на Новогоднем банкете бронирует место за столиком молодежи, а сами посадили в категорию 50+, честно хотелось написать жалобу но компания была все таки хороша)))
