Чисто, тепло, сторонніх запахів немає, зручне ліжко, чиста постіль та рушники. Фен працює, є всі необхідні засоби гігієни. Смачний сніданок на вибір, який принесли в номер на вказаний час. Чемний персонал з бажанням догодити гостям

Домашній отель з високою якістью обслуговування. Чистий просторий номер, халати, ситний сніданок на вибір. Зручне розташування, метро поряд. Адміністратор привітна пані. Видно, що люди живуть з своєю справою. В таке місце хочеться повертатись.

Очень приятно было жить здесь, очень вежливый обслуживающий персонал, приветливые, всегда в хорошем настроении, и знали все ответы на все мои вопросы , подскажут, как лучше доехать куда вам надо, порекомендуют, где покушать. Кровать огромная, вкусные завтраки, можно выбрать, что вам больше нравится, несколько вариантов, кушаешь в номере, очень удобно, очень чисто все

Чудестное расположение отеля, рядом есть все что нужно и метро, и рестораны, а также куча магазинов. Шикарнейшие номера, в которых есть абсолютно все. В душевой есть все необходимые гигиенические наборы. Также номер очень уютный, светлый, вид из окна великолепнейший!

Я считаю, можно немного улучшить звукоизоляцию.

Прекрастное расположение отеля, чистая улица, приятно в нем находится, очень уютно. Также огромное спасибо за такой превосходный персонал! Уж очень вкусные завтраки.

Хотелось бы немного разнообразней завтраки, но все равно, они очень вкусные.

Отель был выбран и рекомендован сотрудником компании Hotels24. Спасибо Вам большое! Это лучшее сочетание цена-качество. Точнее качество в несколько раз превосходит цену. И это без преувеличения. Номер очень уютный, несмотря на небольшую площадь. Кровать просто огромная и очень комфортная. Санузел, как и весь номер блестел чистотой и свежестью. При раннем заезде был предложен и континентальный завтрак. Спасибо, неожиданно приятно. Кстати завтрак оказался довольно вкусным и емким. И на последок, - отель расположен в самом центре, очень близко к станции метро и различным кафе и ресторанам.

В отеле очень понравилось, все чисто, расположение удобное (реально 4 минуты от метро) . Большие завтраки очень порадовали!

Останавливалась дважды: в 2014-м и в январе 2015-го года. Неизменно чистота, вежливый и внимательный персонал, готовый выполнить любую просьбу. Вкусный завтрак. Удобное расположение. Любителям красивых видов из окна советую потратиться на номер полулюкс с видом на площадь.

На фоне плюсов минусов особо не заметила.

Отель очень понравился. Жили в номере полулюкс - номер небольшой, но очень уютный с мансардными окнами, выходящими на Красноармейскую. Любителям романтики точно понравится. Персонал очень приветливый, откликался на любые просьбы. Единственное, что была проблема с вай-фаем - плохо очень ловил и это немного испортило настроение. Но киевские звезды, которые были видны из окон, всё исправили) Однозначно остановлюсь в этом отеле еще!

Отличный отель! Очень чисто, уютно, в общем, как дома. Метро реально в 2-х минутах. С удовольствием остановимся в следующий раз.

Не сказала б, что это большой минус, но всё же для люкс-номера площадь маловата.
