Отель в целом понравился. Чисто, нормальное белье и полотенца, удобная мебель. В номере был чайник, фен, телевизор. Отдельно на 1м этаже есть кухонька с плитой, микроволновкой, стиралкой. Большой плюс - близко к центру, адекватные хозяева. Кое-что из сантехники стоило бы подремонтировать, а так претензий нет.

З плюсів: зручне розташування біля автовокзалу, ціна досить хороша. З мінусів: нас не чекали і поселили в інший номер, ніж я замовляла. На горищі дуже жарко, кондиціонер не поміг, бо він був дуже слабкий і вікна були відкриті (високо, не закривались). Номер потребував ремонту, бо таке враження, що останній раз тут його робили більше 10-и років тому. Можливо, якби я була в іншому номері, то б враження були інші.

Не рекомендую. Одне розчарування. Дзвонили у готель 950 грн. Через сайт забронювали із знижкою. Коли син приїхав це вже була ніч. Здерли 1200 грн. Хоч їм показував, що заброньований номер. Замок у дверях поломаний. Умови так собі. Більше ніколи не збираюся там щось бронювати і нікому не буду радити.

Найгірший номер у якому я зупинялась. За 950 грн такі жахливі умови. Невже тяжко прибрати плісняву, та змінити сірі рушники на білі? Ліжка не зручні, на пружинах, постіль випрана токсичним пральним, що не можливо спати. У кого алергія- готуйтесь. Це жах, а не номер. Ви знущаєтесь за такі гроші такий сервіс?! Мукачево біля Європи, але по сервісу дуууууже далеко. Ми заплатили за два номери 2150грн в Злата Празі, і стільки ж ми платили за 100м2 за апартаменти з видом на море у Хорватії (з усіма зручностями), є з чим порівняти.

Щиро дякуємо. Гарний готель якій знаходиться майже в центрі. Дуже привітні господарі. Номер був дуже затишний.
