The apartment is located in a five-story brick building on the third floor, in Raketny Urochyshche, an environmentally clean, quiet area with a wonderful view. There is a place for parking cars. Convenient transport interchange. There is city municipal transport and a shuttle taxi. District with developed infrastructure: - in 1 min. walk to the ATB store, - in 2 min. walking distance to the stadium and guarded garage, gas station (petrol, gas) - in 3 min. walk to a pharmacy and a polyclinic, - in 5 minutes.
