Дуже задоволена своїм візитом: атмосферний готель в самому центрі міста з затишним двориком, столовим залом з пташками та приємними інтерʼєрами. Привітливий персонал, кава машина, можна залишити речі до потяга. Що ще може бути потрібно?))?

Дуже затишне місце.Чисто,привітно.Знаходиться в тихому дворику,але близько до видатних місць.Привітний персонал.Є паркомісця. Місце куди хочеться повернутися.

Бронювали на добу номер з широким ліжком і в нас було додаткове спальне місце для дитини . Працівники всі дуже доброзичливі . Особливо кухар мені запала в душу . Як будете бронювати замовляйте сніданок . В такому атмосферному місці просто треба побувати , замовляли сирники , млинчики і яйця з салатом і беконом . Я таких млинців смачних ніде не їла . Ще нас пригостила кухар своїм фірмовим печивом і взагалі дала мені позитиву на цілий день , прекрасна пані . Всюди чистота і затишок . Тихо , зручно заїжджати . Самий центр . В номері є полотенця , тапки , шампунь і мило , фен, телевізор , холодильник. Інтерʼєр готелю переносить в іншу епоху ,мені дуже сподобалося.

Заселение пришлось ожидать сверхурочно,так как номер не был готов,и все как так и нужно,НО-пришлось оплатить 100гривен за парковку у отеля НЕ охраняемую(такое вообще встречаю впервые). В номере нет чайника и вообще никакой посуды, холодильник есть,но на него особо не рассчитывайте. В душе нет двери из-за чего вся вода льется в туалетную комнату.Дозатор для жидкого мыла пустой.Дождик в душе не держится в креплении..Есть коррозия и плесень. Откуда 9.3 на букинге не понятно. Не хотелось бы сюда возвращаться

Щиро рекомендую готель Shato luxe в Одесі! Ми приїхали пізно вночі і нас з радістю прийняли, знайшли для нас номер, гарно зустріли. Привітний персонал, який завжди є на місці, і завжди на зв’язку. Гарні номери, затишні, чисті. Є все необхідне, полотенця, чиста білизна, капці, інтернет, засоби гігієни, водичка в номері. Доступні хороші різноманітні сніданки, є кухня, де можна собі приготувати щось і залишити на зберігання їжу. Снеки, соки, чай, кава безкоштовні для відвідувачів. Є дві тераси на вулиці, де можна відпочити з гарними котиками, які там проживають. Розташований в самому центрі. Якщо в Одесу, то тільки сюди👍🏻😍

Напевно, це найкращий з готелів в Одесі, де я був. Невеличкий, в самому центрі, затишний закритий двір. Мій заброньований номер був переброньований, тож мені без жодних доплат надали інший, вищої категорії. Чудовий персонал, смачні сніданки. В мене залишились найприємніші спогади. Дуже помітно, що власники і працівники дбають і про інтер'єр і про екстер'єр цього чудового місця. Всюди чисто і охайно. Дякую Вам!

Дуже залишилась задоволена готелем. Сервіс просто супер, дуже привітний персонал, дизайн дуже запав в душу, атмосфера була домашня. Все дуже чисто та приємний аромат на кожному поверсі. Класно те, що працює телевізор через інтернет та можна подивитись будь який фільм. Розташування дуже задовільнило, бо все поряд було. Рекомендую на всі 100%
