It is located in an old building, built in the early 18th century and has its own personal history, which goes back to the depths of centuries. Бронювали з чоловіком готель заздалегідь через букінг. Підтвердження та номер бронювання отримали. Але по приїзді нам у поселенні відмовили, начебто нашого прізвища в списку немає. Жінка на рецепції дуже непривітна. Номер бронювання навіть не захотіла перевірити, як і директорка, з якою розмовляли по телефону. Відповідь була дуже різка: «Селити не будемо». Ми поселились в іншому готелі. А через кілька годин подзвонили з «Центрального» і, не вибачаючись, сказали, що можемо приходити, кімната є. Якби на рецепції працівниця була ввічлива, і замість того, щоб вилити на нас купу негативу, хоча б перевірила у себе в компʼютері номер бронювання, може, такого інциденту б і не сталось. Тому просто хочу попередити можливих майбутніх клієнтів готелю: гарантій тут не дають, в останній момент можете шукати інше житло.

Проживали в апартаментах дві доби. Просторий номер,чистий з сучасним ремонтом, якісні меблі, білосніжна білизна, халати,тапочки, набір посуду,холодильник, два телевізори, мікрохвильова піч, ел.чайник і т.д. Дуже зручно-у дворі готелю парковка для авто. Досить гарний варіант за адекватну ціну. Шеф-кухарю respect і подяка за смачні сніданки та вечерю, замовлену в номер.

Відпочила з задоволенням. Дуже ввічливий персонал, затишна атмосфера. Сніданки смачні і є вибір. Персонал ресторану турботливий.

Дуже добре! Завітали на кілька днів, отримали дуже приємні враження! У номері чисто, є все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку. Готель розташований самісінько у центрі міста, поруч паркова зона, є власна парковка.

Сегодня выехали, проживали троем в апартаментах N5, большой двухуровневый душ и ванная на разных этажах, кухня. Все хорошо, в номере солнца почти нет, не жарко, чисто, уютно, техники хватает, постель и полотенца белоснежные, персонал отличный, бронь была большая, за проживание каждый день проплачивали ТК не знали сколько нам быть. Все без проблем. За собой оставили чистый номер. Вокруг отеля есть пиццерии, кафе, рестораны, парки, центр города не далеко все в шаговой доступности. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство. Мы через неделю вернёмся.

дуже чистий номер, в номері все є, дуже не зручний вихід в місто потрібно переходити через щє 1 корпус! персонал , одні добрі вічливі, одна адміністраторша хамло! якщо потрібно залишитичь на 1-2 години довше то тобі відкажуть!!!! і всерівно що номер був знятий за бешані кошти на сьогоднішній день!

Ціна по відношенню до якості готелю : 11/10

Єдине, що трошки заважало: звукоізоляція щодо виходу на проїзну частину, але дорога стоїть за 2 метрів від готелю, тому це навіть не мінус

Готель сподобався, проживали з 16 лютого по 17 лютого. В нас був номер - апартаменти № 2. Великі та просторі апартаменти: дві кімнати, велика кухня та великий санвузол з ванною. Все нове. Є тераса. Тихо та приємно. Дуже комфортно. Сподобалося.

В цілому якісний міні-готель, що залишив гарні враження. Номери чисті, з гарним інтер'єром, котрий задовольнить більшість відвідувачів. Наш номер, як для готелю, міг похизуватись приємними умовами: кондиціонер, повноцінна кухня, велика кутова ванна і постійна гаряча вода, простора гостинна, балкон-тераса з вуличними меблями та видом на спокійну вуличку. Ціни за це щастя більш ніж адекватні. А от чим не міг, то це ідеальним обслуговуванням. В номері на 3-х нас очікувало додаткових готельних зручностей всього на 2-х і сумнівне третє спальне місце. На запит до рецепції ми отримали відповідь, що все має бути і ми погано шукали. На щастя потім прийшла інша працівниця і владнала ситуацію. З харчування доступні сніданки і під готелем (буквально😅) є симпатична кафешка. Також на території готелю є закрите паркування для авто, що безумовно плюс

Понравилось местоположение отеля, интерьер, чистота, освещение в номере, очень вкусный завтрак был включен в стоимость. Персонал очень приветливый.

Скошенные потолки - оказались очень неудобными, несколько раз сильно ударились в номере. Очень низкий потолок, приходилось ходить, нагибаясь и эти же потолки отобрали большую часть комнаты.

Отель небольшой, но уютный и спокойный. Сотрудники отеля очень приятные, не отказывали в решении каких-либо моих проблем. Отличная кухня, завтракал, обедал и ужинал в отеле. Понравился сервис и цены. В номере было тихо, не смотря на шум со стороны улицы из-за дороги. Если буду еще раз в Полтаве , то непременно здесь остановлюсь.

Прямо с вокзала можно доехать на такси совсем недорого. Отель небольшой, совершенно новый, удобно расположен в самом центре города. До заселения вещи можно поставить в комнате для багажа. Номер большой и хорошо убранный, в нем есть все необходимое. Также завтраки очень вкусные и включены в стоимость, можно выбрать один из четырех вариантов.
