В принципе хорошая гостиница. Очень понравился персонал, вежливый и всегда готов помочь.Положительные эмоции остались от самого номера, в котором мы проживали. И конечно же месторасположение гостиницы - очень удобное и комфортное.
Отрицательных моментов не было.

В целом гостиница понравилась. Если сравнивать с гостиницами Полтавы, то на данный момент это лучшая гостиница в городе. Очень качественное обслуживание, приветливый и вежливый прием, чистые и комфортные номера, цены тоже вполне соответствуют предложенному сервису. Если же сравнивать с гостиницами по Украине, то Палаццо немного не дотягивает до 4 звезд. Но в основном все очень хорошо.
Ничего негативного о гостинице вспомнить не могу.
