Большой и чистый номер;

Отсутствие мини бара и холодильника; при включении в руках загорелся фен, так что берите свой; в номере совершенно нет информации о услугах отеля или хотя бы номера ресепшена.

В номере тепло, уютно, есть все необходимое. Тапочки Халаты)))

Не включен завтрак в стоимость, но есть набор на заказ и приносят в номер

Шумно до 23:00, недостаточная шумоизоляция.

Расположение , наличие ресторана ,парковка, наличие кондиционера ....

Завтрак не входит в стоимость !!! WiFi очень плохо работает не было пульта от телевизора в номере за 550 гривен нет холодильника !

Чистота, тишина, удобство расположения, гостеприимство в ночное время.

Чувствовалось, что в номере курили - запах неприятный. На стойке провожал неприветливый грузный мужчина.
