Дякую, за максимально зіпсоване враження про вихідні. Пропустимо, що якщо ви хочете стандартний номер, щоб відпочити, ви будете доплачувати за тишу в номері. Нам не заважала музика, і попередили про караоке. Повністю все перекреслено, після виїзду, дівчинка адміністратор, побігла переглядати номер. Якщо вночі у вас піде кров, з носа/вуха/прищику/здертої ранки/будь чого, і крапелькі будуть на простирадлі з вас стягнуть штраф 400 грн. Абсурд, для сфери готельного бізнесу та і для адекватності теж. Перший раз з таким зіткнулись і повністю зіпсували цим весь настрій. Також про ресторан, якщо ви замовляєте грецький салат, будьте готові до того, що можете зламати зуб, адже оливки з кісточками. Після зауваження вам повідомлять, що треба було читати меню, в якому не написано про це. Якщо не дописали і після цього(хоча обіцяли), то це ще раз показує ставлення до людей.

Не перший раз зупиняємося в комплексі Щастя , дуже хороший та гарний готель , в ресторані дуже смачні позиції та вражаючі подачі страв. Окремо хочеться подякувати нашому офіціанту , який був дуже уважний та цілий вечір був біля нас. Зранку замовили сніданок в номер, принесли все дуже швидко. Дякуємо за яскраві емоції , тепер цей сучасний комплекс наш улюблений !!!
