Велика вдячність власникам та робітникам готелю Едельвейс, особливо Ніні Василівні, за теплий прийом від СК СОКІЛ. Затишне місце для відпочинку сімʼєю. Діти задоволені, батьки щасливі!

Дуже привітна пані Марія,котра працює на кухні.Смачні страви,доброзичливе ставлення.Вномері є холодильник,чайник.В загальному персонал старається щоб гостям було комфортно.

Відсутність інтернету.Він наче і є,але один роутер на три поверхи,він не тягне.Щоб поприбирали в кімнаті потрібно казати,самі не заглянуть.Рушники наче й чисті ,але чи економлять на пральний засобах,або так перуть,запах у них іще той...

Щиро дякуємо за номер,напівлюкс 3 поверх, було затишно спокійно, і відносно розміщення, не чути дороги, і гарний огляд природи Карпат. Номер чистий,просторий. Світло,вода були постійно. Меблі в хорошому стані,зручні ліжка, гарна постіль. Дякуємо Ніна Василівна (адміністрація) прийняли добре,одразу заселили так як приїхали дуже рано. На всі запитання і вимоги відповідали одразу.Окрема подяка Вашому персоналу на кухні, дівчата готують смачно, враховують всі побажання, Надя офіціант відповість на всі питання і побажання.

Чудове розміщення готелю, спів пташок зранку заворожує і додає кілька балів цьому готелю однозначно. Надзвичайний вид гір. Персонал привітній і максимально старається підтримувати чистоту. В цілому готелем були задоволені.

Якщо на третьому поверсі, то дуже смердить в номері каналізація!!!Постіль як у державній лікарні Попросила на третій день чистий рушник (не через примхливість) бо реально неприємно користуватись вонючим і старим. Мені відповіли ,що тільки на п'ятий день.

Відпочивали в готелі в липні 2023, замовляли напряму по рекомендації друзів. Гарна локація, неймовірна природа і спокій. В номері нова постільна білизна і рушники. Враховуючи невеликий бюджет співвідношення ціна-якість дуже хороше. Рекомендую для спокійного відпочинку.

чистота, уют,большие комнаты с высокими потолками, приятная администратор.

далеко от центра, в номере нет фена, далеко от бювета, плохо что требуют предоплату.
