У кожному номері - супутникове телебачення. 4 двомісні номери (у кожному двоспальне ліжко, шафа для одягу, телевізор; санвузол душова кабінка, туалет); 2 тримісні номери (у кожному двоспальне та односпальне ліжко, або двоспальний розкладний диван та односпальне ліжко, телевізор; санвузол душова кабінка, туалет). На території котеджу 'Стефані' є мангал і автостоянка для машин. Гірські краєвиди, цілюще гірське повітря зроблять відпочинок приємним і корисним.
