Задоволений на100 відсотків. Все зручно,внизу магазин. В кімнаті на кухні є все необхідне, посуд, холодильник, весь посуд для приготування їжі. Дуже приємний персонал, готові завжди допомогти.

Гарний чистий номер, привітна хазяйка, добрий сервіс та ставлення. Є все необхідне у номері, прибирають. Дуже затишно та спокійно.

Розташування, зручно і комфортно, затишно. Приємний і уважний персонал. Є усе необхідне для проживання протягом кількох діб. Є кава, чай. цукор, сіль, серветки. У номері красива стеля.

В душовій погано сходила вода.

Администратор отеля очень внимательная и отзывчивая. Чувствуется доверие и расположенность по отношению к гостям. Приятно.) Номера отличные, бельё чистое. В целом впечатления положительные - чисто, опрятно, комфортно и главное - тихо! Полотенца, одноразовые тапочки, горячая вода, wi-fi и т.д. - вобщем есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания (в нашем случае - остановка на одну ночь). Через дорогу (100 м.) есть охраняемая парковка (возле отеля также есть стоянка для авто). Отель рекомендуем!

Красиво,чисто,все,что должно быть в номере- есть,приветливый персонал.

У нас был двухкомнатный номер и в одной комнате(той что поменьше и без окна) было душновато-дверь не закроешь. И звукоизоляция не очень-когда в соседнем номере полночи кто-то разговаривает,смеется,хлопает дверями. И все это со стороны комнаты ,где спали дети....((((

Очень приятная встреча представителями отеля, подробное знакомство с отелем, краткий рассказ о достопримечательностях города, достаточно подробное объяснение как добраться до отеля, каким транспортом. Превосходно!

Все очень понравилось. Чисто, уютно, тихо, близко от остановки общественного транспорта. Отель новый. Персонал приветливый и гостеприимный. Рекомендую всем, кто планирует посетить Винницу. Спасибо , к вам хочется вернуться еще не один раз .))

Доброжелательность и отзывчивость обслуживающего персонала, чистота в номере и предоставляемые услуги, парковочные места возле гостинницы. Расположение в тихом и уютном районе, есть где просто погулять.

Немного страдает звукоизоляция как между номерами, так и со стороны улицы, в основном из-за близости к трамвайным путям. Заезд к гостинице на автомобиле для не местных не очень понятен с первого раза, можно приложить более подробный план как именно заезжать.
