Зупинялась в даному помешканні з друзями на вихідні, враження просто жахливі персонал хамський, на період нашого перебування у будинку не було більше 12°C градусів, ми попросили надати нам хоча б якесь опалення оскільки в будинку дубак на що персонал нам сказав що зараз колорифер в інших гостей і запропонувала нам додаткову ковдру, після цього ми відмовились від проживання в помешканні проте нам відмовили в поверненні коштів, мена дали контакт так званого старшого адміністратора Аліни яка на жаль не вміє спілкуватись з гостями, на моє обурення щобо температурного режиму або ж повернення коштів нічого немогла зробити, та навела просто абсурдний приклад, цитую ' я зараз також перебуваю у готелі в Києві і я чудово розумію що опалювальний сезон закінчився але нічого не кажу' у Києві на момент нашої розмови було 21°C, після дуже змістовної розмови над дали один колорифер на цілий будиночок а саме два поверхи і як потім з'ясувалось цей колорифер забрали у інших гостей. Категорично не рекомендую.

приїхали в птн в помешкання, в номері дубак, холодно ( температура приблизно 12°С). 20 год вечора всі змучені виснажені, персонал відмовляється давати які небудь дуйчики чи калорифер почали виясняти і сперечатись з персоналом, дали нам номер вищого керівництва, так зване "вище керівництво " яке сиділо в Києві, сказати що в Києві зараз 21°С і що опалювальний сезон закінчився Отже, всіма правдами та неправдами нам дали один калорифер на 4 осіб ми залишились на 1 ніч, на наступний день вже шукали інше помешкання. Єдиний позитивний момент це адміністраторка яка повернула нам забуті навушники.
