Добрый день, произошла следующая ситуация Сообщили за 10 дней до момента приезда, что не сможем приехать, так как, все шестеро гостей заболели коронавирусом, управляющий предложил перенести дату бронирования, но из-за отсутствия ж/д билетов это невозможно. Деньги возвращать отказался

Заказали коттедж за полгода до начала эпидемии зимой 2020. Внесли депозит. В пик эпидемии летом 2020 в связи с карантином коттедж не принимал гостей.. Договорились с хозяином, что оставляем ему депозит под бронирование в следующему году. Но и в этом году, в связи с карантинными ограничениями не было возможности приехать. Предупредили об этом хозяина за полтора месяца до до даты заезда. Просили хозяина вернуть нам депозит, но он категорически отказался. Хозяин Юрий поступил не порядочно, что было для нас полной неожиданностью. Не думаю, что хозяин, дорожащий своей репутацией, должен поступать таким образом со своими гостями.

Хороший дом с отличным расположением и шикарным видом из окна. Чисто и уютно, места достаточно для 2х семей. Заезд к дому может показаться сложным - в отзывах читал, что только полный привод нужен - заезжал на седане с низким клиренсом без особых проблем. Из недостатков - недостаточное есвещение на кухне и снаружи дома. В целом я оказался доволен и могу рекоммендовать данное жилье.

Хороший домик в отличном месте. Нас устроило абсолютно всё, кроме того, что на диван в гостиной кого-то стошнило из предыдущих постояльцев, и нам пришлось жить с этим запахом. Хозяина видели только при заселении. Обещал привезти дрова, но после этого момента мы с ним так и не виделись. А так всё ок.
